Facility - 1. AC -They have not even provided basic AC. 2. TV - Our own regional language not came. Food - Also I have added Breakfast in my booking. But they told that it is not showing in their booking and not provided.

This is the worst place to stay. There is no staff and room service. There are just some rooms above one untidy restaurant. The rooms and washroom were very untidy. The manager said that the AC facility will be extra chargeable 350 Rs per room, per night. There was no parking facility and no room service. There was very frequent power cut in the hotel. There were ants and lizard in the room. This is the worst stay in Pondicherry. It is very unprofessional of booking.com to not validate hotel before onboarding. I am very much disappointed in this regard.
