Ils prennent les reservations via booking qui confirme la résa. Ils vous innondent instantanement de mails pour faire un pré paiement sinon la chambre est non garantie mais on peut pas payer. Du coup a l’arrivée la chambre n’est plus libre et ils vous envoient sur un autre de leur hotel beaucoup moins bien. Pourtant dur le site les chambres dont toujours dispo. En fait ça sert de vitrine et de centre d’appels

Fan nob was broken. Only ran on very high and loud. Pillows were not clean.

LOCATION IS GOOD

The hotel Had one of the worst experience in my life.I checked In into the hotel at afternoon and front desk guys askingto pay the amount in Cash they are not supporting to pay in gpay or card . The front desk persons charging amount for bike rent Rs 350 even we can get rental bike at the cost of Rs200 weekdays and 250 for 200 in outside. Don't ask any help from the front desk guys. In busy street having lots of bike rental shop in low cost. Bike owner paying 100 commission for each bike to Font office guys.

Location is very good on Mission Road and Bussy Street. It is on one end of White Town so you can take long walks through White Town, Heritage Town, and the shore promenade. Many good restaurants and sites in the area. Breakfast was very simple but filling arrangemenmt of Indian foods - dosa, idli, paratha, chai - with a nice view of the city.

Room is fairly small even with the advertised pictures. Underside of bed, the cabinets, and the TV appliances have not been dusted properly, The toilet water spray appears to leak. Getting to top floor may not be very easy for disabled or elderly due to stairs. Elevator very cramped - enough for 1-2 persons and luggage.

Best thing about this hotel is location and 2nd thing is the ambience they provide in hotel.

Staff's behaviour was careless. Food options in breakfast were very limited, no bread, butter, cheese. Time of breakfast was very inconvenient (8 to 9)

Location, rooms and staff.. Even the breakfast was fresh and tasty.. Limited option but whatever was available was good... Typical staple breakfast.. Just 5 minutes walk from rock beach. Has good parking space too.

There is no room service or restaurant if you are looking for the same.. However zomato and stuff works so should not be a problem but good to have a restaurant.

No windows or proper ventilation in the room. Miscommunication between Booking.com and treebo is there. Which makes our checkin difficult.
