Silent location, good supermarket very close, nice pools in the resort.

No garbage separation, just a single litter bin, but there are a separate litter bins outside on the street.

Mareverde complex consists of multiple apartments owned by different proprietors. Couple of pools and bar are shared. Living there was all in all a good experience although no internet by the pool and no parking in the street (but it was available in the nearby Gran Sur mall, 4-minute-walk). It took around 10 minutes to reach the beach. Apartment itself was equipped with all necessary appliances (excluding microwave oven). Contact with the owner before and after coming to Tenerife was excellent. No problem with late check-in.

We were generally happy with the apartment as it was comfortable enough for a 12-day-stay, but its main disadvantage was a balcony (so important in this climate) . First of all the view was rather disappointing. To the left, where theoretically should be the sea, we could admire, thanks to the cats owning neighbour, a tall lattice (see attached picture). To the right there could have been a beautiful mountain view if there were no trees. But the REAL deal breaker was the traffic noise well heard 24/7 from the TF-1 motorway situated 100 meters away from our apartment. It really took us away the whole holiday feeling we hoped for coming here (it did not disturbed our sleep though, as the bedroom faced the other side of the building). Suggestions for improvement: - the small coffee table on the balcony is not really suitable for having meals there - only one beach towel for two guests provided - 200 euro as a security deposit is really a lot of many inaccessible during the stay
