Everything. It was like being in a derelict complex. The entrance to the accommodation was very run down. If I had been a si gke person there would be no way I would of stayed there because I would not of felt safe. It certainly is not in costa adeje as advertised. The only way I would be 3 minutes from the beach is if you had a jet pack on your back. The amount of steps you had to climb inside the complex just to get to your room was unbelievable. There is no way you would of managed if you have mobility issues or had a pram. They don't tell you any of that in the advertisement. There were extension cables everywhere so you had to boil the kettle on the floor because it wouldn't of reached otherwise. The same with the toaster, that had to go on the floor in order to use it. The pillow on the bed was disgusting and made from small square pieces you use to stuff teddies. The boiler had a empty water bottle under it with a piece of plastic pipe to catch the overflow water. We messaged the hoist and booking.com to ask to be moved. Neither replied. The sunbeds around the pool must of been there since the complex was built. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AT ALL COSTS.

Abgesehen von dem oben genannten Apartment, war das Anwesen nahe des Meeres und die Poolbar-Mitarbeiterinnen haben mich sehr unterstützt. Herzlichen Dank das Sie mir die Angst genommen haben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war klasse. Mareverde an sich hat einen tollen Pool und eine gute Lage.... leider hat jedes Apartment seinen eigenen Besitzer

Leider hat die Besitzerin der Wohnung erst reagiert mir die Schlüssel zu geben, als Booking.com sie darauf hingewiesen hat. Für mich war die Vermieterin nicht erreichbar. Ich saß bei Anreise 3 Stunden vor Mareverde und später am Pool, bis ich Dank Booking Hilfe bekam. In der Wohnung selbst konnte man kaum schlafen, da der Kühlschrank nur 2 Schritte vom Bett entfernt war und die ganze Nacht brummte.

Location near centre, appartment inside was nice and clean on arrival.

Check-in problematic no reception , no way of getting into complex through security gates, the key for this is in the security box outside appartment door on complex. No one met us to get through security gate, had to rely on residents allowing us in on arrival but some refused us. No advice about so many steps in complex 38 up to appartment on top floor photo showed the appartment was ground floor patio misleading on booking.com. appartment also in phase 3 at top of hill in complex. Daily visits from a cat on the balcony using it for toilet, caused awful smell, we had to move the mess ourselves !! Informed owner who wasn't interested in getting the patio fake grass cleaned daily for us ignored our notification of this problem. Bedding was dated and needs replacing, towels were faded thin and need replacing. Building work going on in appartment below causing intermittent noise .

really difficult to find the apartment!! Took 1,5hours with help of many people. Area is complicated and big and you cannot find It just based on the apartment number! A lot of stairs,It was tough to carry luggage up.Apartment and furniture is very basic, nothing fancy there but ok for a week.

the tv did not work but that could be the battery in the remote needed changing. plus we asked for a second key as we both did different things and got back at different times so had to spend to much time trying to find each other to hand over the key

quiet apartment even though in central location, host provides washing up liquid and sponges, previous guests leave toiletries and sugar etc

a kettle would be great and only thing missing
