nice place, very friendly hosts, good value for money, off road parking, comfy beds… and they have a bum gun in the bathroom! :D

not a lot the room was fairly big so that was the only good thing about the property.

was owner who came out as I arrived was extremely rude and continued to be for the duration of our stay. the property not as it seems online, there was fighting taking place in the kitchen right outside our room through the nights ( video can be provided if needs be) all very make do, the bathroom had a hose attachment rather than a normal sink. there are countless signs of rambles and rules that the owners have plastered over the whole property, gives of prison vibes. the room was advertised for a family, there is no way anyone should be bringing there children to stay here.

The owner kept on changing time of checkin, from 12nn, then 2pm then 1:30pm he said because he has something to do. Which is very bad because they indicated online that checkin is 12nn.

NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED!! Theres not even any cutlery to use!! Kettle is filthy, the chairs in dining room along with sofa are all covered in plastic

there is no like here I am amazed booking has it listed tbh the first time I have not been satisfied by booking. the location was perfect the property is under construction (like it’s being built while people are paying for rooms)

The location was great, close to major roads and shopping precinct.

Advertised as private bathroom, yet it was a bathroom shared with three other rooms. The shower & toilet themselves were clean however the room needed a good clean, the cupboards were full of toiletries left by previous guests. The acoustics of the building are very loud, so you can here every step of the other guests on the mezzanine floor as they walk past to get to the bathroom and the bedrooms are off the kitchen which isn't great if you're trying to get an early night and other guests are cooking or showering late. There is a washing machine in the bathroom however we ended up using a laundromat 10min away as it was always in use and the in-house laundry never seemed to be open during the advertised 8am-6pm.

Was pretty dirty found a used nappy under the bed when packing up on the last morning. Bedroom door is super rattly House mates would yell and argue late at night

it's not far away to the supermarket and convience to take bus fir city. the environment is ckean and quite. the host is warm . cooking is also convience.

no privacy totally wrong description of accomodation no parking wanted with 4wd dirty bathroom (shared with 9people+) loud and noisy unfriendly owner longterm tenants aggressively to each other

Great wifi, good access to public transport, easy to find, hosts and other guests very welcoming, helpful and friendly, plenty of kitchen utensils (crockery, pots/pans, cutlery etc), beds clean and comfortable, 12pm checkout.

Could do with extra pillows/blankets, fridge space lacking, no heater, bathroom can get busy, needed an outside entrance light.
