La dame Asma était très gentille Les équipements disponibles ( frigidaire micro-ondes Clim chauffage Tv table et chaise ) Le balcon avec une belle vue.

L’emplacement assez craintif et bruyant, la douche trop trop petite , le lit très inconfortable.

Tiny little studio in a good position in the Ville Nouvelle, the kitchenette had everything you need to cook a little meal. Asma, the lady who gave us the keys, was great: fast and direct and precise, and problem solver, she fixed a light switch that wasn't working right in front of us, and she made herself understood clearly even if we didn't speak french and she didn't speak english or spanish. She's the main reason this review isn't a 2 or 3. The price is obviously very good, we spent around 20€ for one night.

Even if it wasn't the dirtiest place we have ever been to, it felt very dirty. Bed sheets and towels had probably been washed but felt dirty anyway. Found many cat hair on the bed. The bathroom gave me a little panic attack when I had to shower, not to mention that they definitely forgot to clean the toilet seat before our arrival, and I'm not going to describe its conditions cause I don't understand how a thing that disgusting can happen. Kitchen utensils were fine after we washed them, luckily we were given a brand new sponge for that. The place is great for a stopover but nothing more than that- 4 floors with no lift and the dimensions of the space make totally sense with the price you pay, but, I am very sorry but if I had to spend more than a night there I would have found another place to stay, at the cost of spending more than double the money I had spent already.

I was met by a lovely lady, who showed me the place and gave me the keys. She kindly introduced me to everything I would eventually need whilst staying in the studio. Good location in the new town area of Fes. Walkable distance to and from the rail station and literally a few minutes walk from a big shopping centre, where you could find all one might need on their stay.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone having problems with stairs as there's no lift in the building. But in my opinion that's all I could say in this section.

Aziz is a very gentle and patient host. The apartment is nice and in a good position between the old and the new city. Nice terrace Also liked both the bar and the mini market right next door

The apartment is in a slightly dirty building (not the host's faulth though)

It was a great experience! Even though it's in midtown but still calm and you can enjoy the amazing view over the city.

The location was not bad the room was on the 5th flloor whit no lift, old building, the owner was attentive

The shower was messy and untidy, the mix valve of the shower did not work properly, the door lock was brocken and I had to call the owner to fix it, because, it locked and he try to blame me, that I broke it, the place is general very dirty and smell really bad
