The proximity to a small shopping mall and playground. The laundry facilities. The friendly daughter of the host. The host kindly alerted us as soon as possible when we had left a bag behind.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was quite overpowering. Such an environment is not healthy for a family. The apartment itself was quite stuffy and hot since there was no fan or air conditioning provided. The rest of the apartment was clean but the bathroom had a wet towel left in the washing machine and there was dirt and hair on the floor of the bathroom. The shower/tub drain was badly clogged and there was no shower curtain. On top of that we were only given 4 small towels when 5 of us were travelling and there was no mat or mop given to clean the floor that inevitably got wet.

WiFi There was clean and nice

There was no bedding and towels for all of us. There was a problem to get into apartment, when we arrived. There was no kettle. We were on the other address than in the one in booking.

the facility is clean, nicely decorated, but the basic equipment was missing, e.g. a kettle 🤪 we boiled water in a pot but it was possible 😂😂👍

Great. Wonderful. Magnificent. This is the best place I stayed with my family on our 10-day Balkan tour. I prefer traveling by my car, so location doesn't matter for me. But for travellers on foot, this apartment is so close to the bus stop and in half an hour you are at the heart of beautiful Sarajevo. The apartment offers whatever you need. Communication? Thanks to Kristina for her good English, warm welcoming and quick answers to messages (she wants to be a lawyer, and she will be a good lawyer in the future, I believe). The flat? Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, tidy, and so on. You can have whatever you need (including kitchen gadgets, washing machine, immediate hot water, clean linens, and spacious atmosphere).. We loved to have stayed there. If my mom likes this, then anyone in the world will like it for hundred percent. You can trust me. If I visit Sarajevo once more, STAN NA DAN KRISTINA will be my priority.

The price was reasonable to the apartment and we had a good experience with the host. We found that sofa beds were very comfortable for sleeping.
