Amazing location to see the heart of Derry city. Everything within walking distance.

Hard to fault this place.If being extra critical the mattresses could be improved on the beds. The bathroom/shower are all downstairs, having said that it's obviously an old house which has been updated and if I'm planning another weekend in Derry I would look this place up first.

I want tell you about housing that absolutely does not meet the given data. The photos of certain parts do not correspond to reality, and there are no photos of some (for example, the bathroom) because they are simply terrible. I washed the refrigerator myself, since it was clogged with detergent but not washed, the lock on the door does not work in the toilet, the oven is very dirty and smoked terribly when we turned it on, there were wet things in the washing machine that were not removed from there. All the bedrooms have cobwebs, hair, dirty floors, a lot of garbage under the beds and sofas! When I contacted them, they answered that they didn't have time, people lived before us who polluted a lot or something like that. But I paid the full cost of the accommodation, do I have to clean the fridge and the oven, do I try to open the door, do I have to do it? One morning the stove didn't turn on and we couldn't cook breakfast, after our appeal they told us to wait a few hours until they called an electrician. We did not receive any apology, partial refund, compliment or anything for all our inconvenience from the owners. This was my worst experience for accommodation. I definitely do not recommend it.

Central to shopping and sightseeing

Very noisy with loud music both next door and in adjacent streets. Also from traffic and pedestrian noise until 2 am

right in the middle of the town centre close to everything we needed and bars.

Location was great. Very close to Derry Walls, restaurants, shops. Never used our car. The facilities were good. There was a washer/dryer. Host was very responsive.

Didn't like that the bathroom and bedrooms were on different levels. Stairs were shallow and difficult (for us seniors) to navigate. No list of instructions for guests. Loud music from pub.

The beds were awful. noisy, uncomfortable and in need of replacement! The Noise was constant. no fault of he owner and it is in every review so we could've chosen a better area. but it was extremely difficult to sleep before 3am.

The location was excellent. Very central and free parking was available on the street. We also enjoyed the Pac-Man Arcade machine in the Sitting room.
