Location excellent Staff friendly Very comfortable rooms

Location was great for what we had planned. Bottomless brunch was outstanding and great value for money. Breakfast was good and plenty of options.

The room was clean, location was perfect and the car park was very handy.

Overpriced room that had a faulty radiator as it wasn't fully working so the room was cold most of the time. Some staff were nice while others were not very approachable . I was staying with my partner and we were only given one keycard between us. We needed the keycard for the lift so if one of us had to go out to car park/smoking area etc the other one was left in the room with no light which wasn't ideal. I also put down my partners name as guest and when he forgot the keycard and tried to get back to the room, the staff were very unhelpful e.g. didn't try ring me in the room or look up his name instead they made him wait until I went looking.

The hotel is very well located.

The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. The staff were not great and the room service nonexistent. The one night we ate in we had to go to the bar to order our food which was very average and pick it up and take to our room. The service was very slow.

My friend has a lot of feed intolerances and the reception staff were very helpful getting her almond milk for her room and she was impressed with the gluten free option at breakfast

Left our bags on the last day. When we came back to the hotel they were under a table in full view of the hotel reception and no staff were present. We lifted our bags and we’re not challenged and left for home . There were expensive items in the bags.

We come to maldron at least 10 times a year to your hotel Very disappointed the size of room 309 there was no table and chairs in room and we therefore had to sit on top of bed to drink our tea which unfortunately I spilled on the bed For ,£145 a night I would safely say I'm very disappointed
