Brilliant apartment, ideal for what we needed. Great location for nightlife and shopping.

Not for the faint hearted as the apartment was at the top of the building l, five flights of stairs carrying heavy luggage was not great. Could hear car horns early hours of the morning.

Central location. Available. Very difficult to find accommodations when we needed to be in Londonderry.

Sterile. Offered the basics and nothing more.

The location was perfect. Close to everything.

This apt is located right in the middle of a steep street. Just incase you have any mobility issues.

The apartment was clean but can do with some renovation. Although it is on the second floor, there is a fair bit of traffic noise that continues late into the night, probably due to its central location.

Very good location in city centre. Comfortable bed and our apartment had two bathrooms.

The sofa was very small and not very comfortable. The car park is not that near to the apartment, but that is the compromise for the central location.

The location is very central and handy to main shopping / social areas

The noise from the road even with windows closed was deafening at times, especially when trying to sleep. The decor was dated and not like the photos, beds also too big for rooms,making it difficult to get round the room .

There was a smell in the living room when we arrived,we kept the windows open for a while and it was ok then. We were in a street facing bedroom and it was noisy at night

Great size, clean and nice and bright

The apartment was for 5 people but There were only 3 seats for the dining table.. There were only 3 'relaxing' in seats (1 of which was broken) There were 4 of us booked so we couldn't all sit comfortably to watch some TV or the 4 of us all play cards at the table.. that was a bit annoying.

There was no breakfast but the menu for the cafe over the road was so out of date the price was double when we went

Windows all in the roof or at rear no view. But that wasn’t really an issue in fairness. Will go back but would like an apartment with a street view .

For us older folk we found the stairs hard going - we were top floor - I think it was 3 flights up - great for youngsters Public car park is a good bit up the road - and very busy

Noisy street late at night. Kitchen very poorly equipped with cooking implements (knives, cooking/serving spoons etc). No essential supplies (eg Salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc) No kitchen roll or serviettes. Some crockery was not completely clean and sofa bed bedding, while clean, smelt musty. Sash window in lounge area didn't stay in place and had to prop it open.

Great location. Iit was my wife's birthday and the staff left out a birthday balloon and a box of chocolates which was very kind of them! Parking also not too far away at a decent price for over night stay

The only thing I could fault was the noise from the people in the room upstairs, in fairness they would have to tip toe around the place any stage for us not to hear. (At 1am it woke me afew times) I wouldn't say it would put me off staying again.

only one bread knife in apartment...no other knives found so made self catering difficult.

The location was excellent and also the apartments are very spacious plenty of room for 3 or 4 guests.

The rooms seemed a bit dirty and there was a dirty/damp smell in each room. The showers were cold and not the cleanest.
