Good location, nice room and staff and breakfast was good too

Felt a little cold in the room at times despite turning the thermostat up

We loved that it was separate from the pub so noise was minimal, but it was a quick walk across the parkway to get in and enjoy a fantastic breakfast.

Some car noise with loud radios but not much, and totally understandable for the location.

Lovely pub, friendly staff. Room was bijou but charming, clean and very quiet. Did takeaway pizza!

The shower head wasn't very adjustable so you ended up having water above your head!

The room was too small, the bed also. Early morning deliveries. A shame as the pub and restaurant were excellent.

Warm and clean room with a nice hot shower. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There were lovely tea and coffee facilities in the room but no milk initially, when we got some milk the fridge was tiny and didn’t keep the milk cold overnight.

The breakfast variety was unique and the food was excellent ! My only issue with the room was the heating, it was constant, even though i had all the dials on zero. Even with the windows open, it was uncomfortable.

Helena provided an excellent service, with attention to detail, polite manner and always smiling!

Lovely rural comfortable public house,with rooms that were very comfortable,warm and well decorated. Excellent food menu and a great Breakfast. Front of house lady was very friendly and efficient.

In our room the water pressure seemed high and was very noisy.we could hear next door room and probably vise versa. No soaps for washing provided.

The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and we informed the staff of this at the time. The location was ideal for us and where we needed to be.

We didn't find the pillows in the room comfortable as they really didn't have any support in them.

Very clean and comfortable room upstairs in a block across the yard. The property is at the end of a lane, only a field of cows beyond.

Good location for our onward travel. Good family room, grandparents and 2 granddaughters. Good food.

We had a real problem in the night . Our smoke alarm started beeping at midnight and kept going all night, we couldn't stop it. The owner apologised but we felt that was little light having had a totally ruined sleep with 2 five year olds 😤😤

The Medieval thatched Inn was delightful. The annex was clean and comfortable with fresh milk provided for a mini mini fridge. The TV was similarly dinky. Kenza and all the lovely staff were so welcoming and bent over backwards to be helpful. We had a couple of drinks in the characterful snug one night and Burger Night the next all excellent, silver service a nice surprise and a lovely waitress. Breakfast was Veggie full breakfast set us up for the day. Thank you so much

The staff were excellent, there was a wedding on but that did not detract from the attentiveness of the staff and quality of service. The food was very good too, location is perfect for either a quiet weekend or a trip to Oxford.

Big spacious room, with great bed.

Given where the coach was, the TV was tiny. Also, the position of the TV made it unable to lie in bed and watch TV(seeing that the coach is so far away).
