The staff is simply amazing. They went over the moon to help me, from letting me have early check-in and late checkout without any surcharge to taxi calling and local suggestions. Also: the price is extremely competitive. My room was very nice and don't worry about the renovation, you won't hear any noise (I think it's nearly done).

The room was reduced in price due to construction work in the building. It was one of the most comfortable low-budget places I was in. Very clean, super friendly stuff that waited for me in the night and gave me some helpful tips and a comfortable room.

Quite noisy

Here the staff really go out of their way to be helpful from making breakfast early to providing hot water for tea or coffee to heating up last night’s doggy bag in their microwave. Apart from this it is spotlessly clean, the fan is powerful for cool air, the fridge is super cold and lovely hot water showers

Good location in the center of Chiclayo, 5 min walk to the main center. The room I had was very big and bright, there was a TV with netflix, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was simple but good (scrambled eggs, bread and jam, fresh juice and coffee).

The streets around are pretty busy so it can get loud, but I think that is just everywhere in the center of Chiclayo. Would be great if they offered some filtered water.

Great location

The hotel is located in a busy street so it is very noisy. Need to clean the common areas more often. Breakfast is a joke( 1 lam scramble egg, some powder coffe and 2 pieces of bread). They'd better NOT offer it in the price and offer a better breakfast.

Basic accomodation. The bathroom was overaged (broken equipments and moisture on walls) Room's window with no view.

Recently remodeled, nice furniture with comfortable beds. Good cleanliness and nice hot shower. Breakfast was simple but complete. Good location minutes away from the plaza de armas on foot. Great prices too.

Our room was above a main road, so it was a bit noisy at night, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. Also I asked for a hair dryer but they did not have one... Which i didn't expect from a hotel like this.

I liked the service in frontdesk, they were always approachable.

The surrounding area is a busy street so it is noisy. Also there was nightly construction going on. Heavy machinery/drilling til atleast 3am.

Good location (join Kiwi tours in the park to visit the archiological sites further away - around 10 USD for transport to 3 sites including guide), OK breakfast, very clean room.

Very varying prices in case you want to extend your stay. I had the feeling once they see you want to extend, prices go up.

- located close to the bus station and mercado central - room is spacious and clean - the receptionists were able to provide me adequate information to do the tours on my own - fast internet - comfortable beds

The room was really clean and the breakfast was tasty. The location was pretty centric so we visited different places around.

The location is great. The staff was really helpful with any question we had. We were not disturbed at all. Everything went fine.

Breakfast did not change and wasn't flexible, but the quantity and quality were good and totally satisfactory.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room and the bathroom were clean (you can ask for daily cleaning), the wifi worked great, there was a decent breakfast included. You can reach the Plaza de Armas and the main market both in a few minutes (walking).

It was just so noisy and loud! Even though I had a room to the atrium (and not to the very busy main street) or something (don't really know what that was), but the room had a window to this chamber and this window didn't close. You could hear the staff and other guests and their TV's the whole night long like they would be standing right next to you. Also, the window didn't do anything for air circulation or quality, so the air in the room was not good.
