Well designed large rooms with modern bathrooms and comfortable seating area. Lovely staff that went out of their way to help. Great breakfast

The rooms facing the street had a lot of traffic noise particularly on Saturday night. When we complained they offered a room at the back of the building that was quiet and comfortable

the floor in the room could use a good scrub and mop, it wasn’t the cleanest. the room was located at the front of the hotel which meant that there was a lot of noise from the street.

We were advised of good restaurants to eat during our stay. Breakfast in the charming terrace on the top floor was a highlight of the day. The coffee was the best we tasted during our stay in Peru. The hotel is an oasis of peace and tranquility while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening in the terrace. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Chiclayo.
