Room was a bit old looking and the bath tap didn't work, I was right behind the neon casino street sign so it shone even though double curtains all night.

Despite the hotel being beautiful inside, it didn’t look as nice on the outside as the pictures online showed. I also believe the elevator is need of repair.

When I arrived, the bed cloths smelled like it has not been change in months. The AC was very poor, maybe broken, and the washroom had many defects.

Shower was not hot. View was literally a wall. Poker is not open due to covid, generally quality low because of covid. Definitely not a 4* stay.

This is the fifth time I have visited Chiclayo, Peru and the WinMeier Hotel is the ONLY placed I would stay !!! The best part is the Staff, Led by Senorita Milagros. She has always made our stay pleasant and goes out of here way to meet all of our needs. The room is always clean and comfortable with plenty of towels for the pool and bathroom. I was surprised but Happy to see the pool open as it is a favorite please for us. The bar restaurant next to the pool is great and always a good place to have a meal after a nice swim. Entire staff is Excellent and we call WinMeier our second Home !!!

Great food and great staff. My husband and I adored the food and the very professional staff. Hope they are well paid. The hotel cannot afford to lose them. We would return just for them. We have been in other hotels in Chiclayo, by far this was the best experience we had.

when heading to my room, i noticed something black on the ceiling. I dont know what it was but it bothered me to think it might be mold

Friendly and attentive staff, nice and clean air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and showers. Decent facilities (gym, bar, restaurant & pool), room soundproofing blocks out all the street noise despite being located in the busiest area of Chiclayo. Quiet every day except Saturday (that's rare for Peru) The location is perfectly central and close to everything. Particularly useful at night is the 24hr service station that sells snacks and liquor less than a block away. The Continental breakfast is good and varies a bit each day. The single room has all the space you could need even for 2 people, and the suites are perfect with a good view, second air con unit, king size bed and larger bathroom. Have stayed here multiple times and will return, got an upgrade which made me decide to stay a week longer than planned. 10/10 overall
