Les liens constituent une communauté fermée et calme à Port Royal Plantation. Notre villa est un condo à étage ouvert lumineux et confortable situé sur le fairway du 7e fairway du parcours de golf Barony.
La salle Carolina et la chambre principale donnent sur le parcours de golf. La grande chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain privée et un dressing. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, une salle de bain privée et un siège près de la fenêtre. La troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complète. Notre cuisine est bien équipée et la buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Un gril à gaz est sur le pont extérieur entre la villa et le garage séparé pour deux voitures. Le patio est un endroit idéal pour manger à l'extérieur. Le garage pour deux voitures a la voiturette de golf pour les voyages à la plage. Des chaises de plage ainsi que des jouets de piscine et de plage sont conservés dans le garage pour votre usage.
La chambre familiale dispose d'un plafond cathédrale avec une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, un wet-bar avec un Keurig et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. La porte d'entrée sans clé vous permet de conduire directement à la villa à votre arrivée.
La plage est un court trajet dans notre voiturette de golf privée. Le parc de la plage dispose d'une aire de jeux et de toilettes. The Links a une piscine communautaire qui est proche de notre villa. Hilton Head possède de nombreux sentiers bordés d'arbres pour la marche ou le vélo. Notre villa offre tout le confort de la maison dans un merveilleux lieu de vacances.
Nous sommes à proximité d'excellents restaurants, de grands magasins, de tennis, à quelques pas du Westin Resort, des cinémas et bien sûr de Starbucks. Les excursions d'une journée à Savannah et à Charleston sont également d'excellentes escapades.

My family really enjoyed our time here! We are a Disney Vacation Club family, but couldn’t manage a reservation this summer at the DVC HHI resort. This was a lovely alternative. The golf cart made beach-going a breeze and house was the perfect size for our family of 6. The community was sweet, safe, and quiet. We would stay again!

This condo was perfect for our family of six! It was very nice and clean, close to beach and pool, and restaurants! The golf cart to ride to beach in was the icing on the cake! We highly recommend Links 9b for your next stay at Hilton Head Island!

Very nice property. Good location, short walk to the beach. Golf cart is a great addition to explore the nearby area. No beach towels provided so that would be a nice consideration to add in the future.

We had an awesome stay. The house was perfect for us. The place was clean and it’s in a nice area. We had a good time drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the golfers play the hole off the living room. Beach days were fun. The golf cart is a game changer! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week at the rental. The rental is very well equipped for your stay. The access to the garage, golf cart, beach and pool tools was so helpful. The communication with the property manager was very good. We had a great vacation and would visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The area offers a lot to do for families, even with the terrible weather we had when were there! The property and home we clean, quiet and beautiful. Our only complaint is that the beds really needed new mattresses and pillows, as it made it hard for any of us to get much sleep. However that didn't hurt our ability to enjoy ourselves and all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Some of our party would like to see safety bars (hand rails) located in the walk in shower, bathtub and toilet area. Also a couple boxes of facial tissues (Kleenex) would be nice.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. It was so comfy to stay there. Good location, all the beach accessories one could need. Golf Course location was great and we loved the sunroom. Hope to come back again! Margie was so easy to deal with -always quick to answer. Great vacation and wonderful place!!!

Short One Night Stay
Owner had great communication. Place was clean. Some loose floorboards and a bit out dated but overall a nice place for a short stay. I did ask about nearby local places to eat and or recommendations and the only feedback I really got was chain places which was not what I was looking for but that's ok. Overall was a good experience. The gulf cart was awesome to explore and the pool was close. The beach was a further drive but the gulf cart could be parked there which was nice.

Fabulous tucked away off the golf course…
Fabulous stay! Margie was quite attentive, and made the experience seamless from start to finish. This home sits on golf course, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle…great option for a family! We just needed 1 night before we checked in on Saturday so this was a perfect Friday night location. Thank you!!

This house was very nice! It was cleaned and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The owner communicated very well and was there whenever we needed them. Beautiful location. Everything was wonderfully provided for - from beach chairs, to kid friendly dvds, to the golf cart. The view of the golf course was beautiful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet; the pool was wonderfully well-kept. We will be back!

Perfect spot for family gathering
Everything from reserving to checking in was perfect. The layout of the house was great with adult children and the spouses. Location was perfect and easy to get to the wedding venue from the house. I wish I had a full week to enjoy all of the amenities: golf cart and beach access were perfect. I’ll definitely rent this house again in the future!

Great location, great set up
We really enjoyed our stay T this property, and will definitely keep it on our list for our next visit to Hilton Head. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, showers work well. The location is very secure and quiet, and backs onto a golf course. Having on-site laundry is always a plus. Having 3 bedrooms all with attached baths worked perfectly for us and our adult children.

Perfect for families!
This house was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything we could possibly need and plenty of space for our family of 5. My children loved taking the golf cart to the beach and walking to the neighborhood pool. We can’t wait to return for another family vacation!

Nice but needs attention
We enjoyed our stay at 9B for the most part. Margie the property manager was very responsive with all inquiries and questions that arose during our stay and she was awesome!! The home was spacious enough for our 6 person vacation. It was equipped with enough towels for our 3 night stay for each person. They had plenty of silverware, plates and glasses, which was great! They also provide a starter roll of paper towels as well as plenty of toilet paper.
However, there were some cons:
One, two of the golf cart's tires were flat. We were excited when we saw this rental came equipped with a golf cart that could be used to go to the local beach access. However, when we finally decided to use it (on our final night), we realized both right tired were flat. This isn't something we should have had to deal with while on vacation, I'm not sure if someone checks on the golf cart between stays but it didn't appear so. There was an air pump in the garage for the bike tires so we used that (maily because we really wanted to check out the beach acces), however, there's no way that pump can fit on the front tire. So, that was a no-go after 20 minutes spent trying to pump up the back tire with a bike pump.
Secondly, I think with most beach rentals there were some updates that could be done especially in the king bedroom bathroom. Both the shower and tub had it's defects, I think this is common in beach rentals though.
Lastly, the duvet on the king bed was dirty (stained with what looked like blood), we didn't use it and luckily the sheets seemed clean.

This property is exactly how they stated in the description… They didn’t forget anything that could possibly be needed for a wonderful trip and stay… Margie was awesome and so easy to get in touch with for any type of question. The golf cart made the trip to the beach so easy. Everything was clean. All the above made our trip to Hilton Head a success! I will always choose Links 9B if its available. Its a hidden gem!

Just the basics
The villa was just enough, it was a nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with a golf cart right on the golf course. The location was close to the beach and pool. The only complaint is the property seemed a bit tired, everything was very basic and seemed to be weathered a bit. The owner was very quick to respond to our concerns. There was a small wasp problem by the grill which she responded very quickly and when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and again the response was quick. It's a nice stay.
