Boss was quick in any questions and clear on guiding check in. Management guards on duty was also v friendly and always helpful unlike some other apartments.

First timer will have confusion when finding the carpark, just ask the guard for assistance, not much hassle.

The parking, the bed, smell.

The check in and out instructions were very clear and helpful. Having 2 car parks is a great feature. Facilities is good and premise is well kept. Host is very responsive and the refund of deposit is very prompt.

The facilities and shops in setiawalk itself seems to be deserted. Kind of disappointing. However, if you have a car then there are many eateries nearby and there is a big hawker center within 5-10 min drive

This unit is indeed a very good unit for big group of family! Host is really helpful. Instructions were very clear. The pool wasn't crowded and clean. The unit is complete with washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron board, pinggan mangkuk, 3 extra tilam, cooking utensils.

Parking was a bit confusing. If you have heavy luggage, better to drop it off at the lobby first then only you go park your car. If you are coming with elderly or disabled person, also drop them at the lobby first, they have waiting area there.

The host is very helpful, gave detailed guidance on how to find the location, how to find the parking lot, and so on..the place is decent for a family and very clean..

The aircond is cold and Host is responsive.

The property and furnitures are worn and not well maintained, paints with scratches and water marks, door knob lose, wooden door rotting, tables with paints coming off and chairs screw loose. The floor was sticky too. The carpark is bad too, the route is still confusing even after 5days of stay, Setiawalk Mall right underneath is like a dead mall, didnt provide much convenience as originally expected. The building itself is old and worn.
