Outstanding!

This property had amazing views, tons of space and a great location. It was everything you could want and more. Just be aware, it is a bit of a climb from the Ponte Vecchio and there are a lot of stairs. Just be sure you can handle that. But once in the unit, spectacular!!!

Three days of hanging out in Florence with my friends and the apartment was really great. The host was fantastic and offered some good tips on restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in Florence with two of our grandchildren and their parents. The penthouse was absolutely wonderful. It likely has one of the best views in Florence and is in a great location, just five minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped and has the space to cook. The terraces were fantastic. The host was welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this penthouse and though there are stairs, we would stay there again.

This property was fantastic and I PERFECT for ringing in the New Year with our family of 10! Nina our host was most gracious and helpful. She recommended restaurants and even a Dr for family who became ill. The location and view could not have been more ideal. The view of the fireworks throughout the city on New Year's Eve were something our family will treasure always. I give this property a 10/10 and highly recommend for your visit to Florence. Everything was walkable. While the hill to the apartment was BIG, it made for many laughs and helped with all of the extra eating we did!! Thank you Nina- you are an amazing person and we are thankful we got to meet you and your husband!

There were 4 couples in our group and this place was perfect! Lots of room for us to spread out…GORGEOUS views, very welcoming host. I would not have wanted to be here if we had anyone with mobility issues. There were lots of stairs even inside the residence and the whole place is on a steep hill. Also, note that one of the bedrooms has two twin beds and is on the lowest floor off of the kitchen. It’s very nice but not as “plush” as the rest of the place. We absolutely would stay here again. Easy access to grocery store, all the places we wanted to visit, and the views!!!!

This apartment is exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and the views were simply stunning. I don't think there is a better one in all of Florence! Our host was very responsive. The climb up the hill and then the stairs to get there were worth the views and space, but it is important to be aware of them!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family’s week long visit to Florence. The location is so convenient yet away from the crowds. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and the space served us well as it provided privacy for each couple and generous common areas to be together. Nina, the property manager, was a fount of information, helpful and responsive to questions. I enthusiastically recommend this property for families or small groups traveling together.

Absolutely terrific!

The pictures really do not do this apartment justice. The view from the main room (which is beautiful and comfortable - big comfy couches, beautiful art and sculptures) is breathtaking. You can gaze at the duomo and all that surrounds it from the comfort of your living room. I think this apartment has a better view of Florence than the Medicis had at the Palazzo Pitti! It’s a bit of a climb to the apartment but it’s absolutely worth it for the view (and we did it with a stroller). You’re a five minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace but on a quiet street - we were never disturbed by noise and it felt just off the beaten path. Everything you want to explore is easily walkable from here. The apartment itself is great for families and bigger groups - we were a mix of several kids, a toddler, baby, and all felt like we had plenty of space and privacy. Nina, who checked us in, was wonderful and super helpful. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

There aren’t words to describe the view from this home…it is incredible. The stairs are steep and many, but that view is well worth the climb. Nina was super kind and helpful with the check-in process, as well as recommending restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit Florence in the future.

Just a great location in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to most the key city attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and markets all nearby. Catholic church across the street. The highlight of the interior is the east facing patio (there are others). We spend every breakfast and after-dinner time there enjoying wine and sharing stories of the day while gazing at the lighted city. Being at the upper level also requires to reach 55 stairs but it's worth it. A mobile chair is available if needed.Baths are modern and the interior has much history. Overall, very clean and comfortable for 6-adults. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The views were unbelievable. The place was very clean and is located right next to the Ponte Vecchio. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Florence!

We spend a fantastic long weekend in this amazing flat —ideal for 3-4 couples, since everyone has a newly renovated bathroom. Highly recommended

Six friends traveled together enroute to our friend’s sons wedding. We had a wonderful stay and the views were amazing. The journey up the hill was steep (with luggage) and the climb up the stairs was high but that’s what made the views so amazing.

Basically, everything about iths apartment is exceptionally cool - from the location to furnishings to balconies - it’s absolutely as advertised. Pics though don’t come close to showing how beautiful the views really are. For us, the most appreciated aspect was the local management team. They went above and beyond and will always be a big part of our Firenze memories. Grazie mille to you both!!

It was an amazing time and the house was perfect... even the stairs were a positive ( got a little workout after those maxing melas!) Host was totally on top of it! We are actually planning to do it again soon!

My family of seven enjoyed a weeks stay in this lovely home in Florence. The home was clean and very well maintained. The property manager was waiting for us upon arrival and gave us such a nice detailed overview of the home. We were so appreciative that we were allowed to check in earlier than the normal check-in time because we were quite tired from our travels from the US. It We actually did not have to contact the manager at any point during our stay, as we had no issues. The street leading to the house is steep and steps to the actual apartment are many so older people with health challenges would have a difficult time with this house. For all others, the house is certainly quite a reward with such amazing views, and comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to return.

Beautiful place, magnificent views!The weather was very hot in July. There is a big hill to climb to get to the apartment and then many steps to get to the apartment. We were a family of 6, myself 73 my daughters 42 and 45, twins 17 and grandson 8. We had 6 suitcases which we had to bring up with the chair lift. This took quite sometime. I had a lot of trouble getting up the hill to the apartment and took taxis if I could find one. The city was very crowded and there was a shortage of taxis. Just be aware of this situation if you are older!! Other than that it was a wonderful stay! Nina was very gracious and helpful.

Amazing apartment lots of steps and omg the hill but it was disclosed so we were not surprised the views and the aircondioningbthatceorkedcfantastic during a heat wave was all worth it . The neighborhood was perfect quiet down the hill was the entrance to pointe vecchio Wine store, supermarket . Very very convient ty for an outstanding apartment we very much enjoyed it

This apartment was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 teenaged kids. You have to walk up a large hill and then a 3 story walk up to the apartment, so it’s not for anyone who has a problem with that. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The views were spectacular and Nina, our host, could not have been more helpful. We had a great time!

Beautiful view that cannot be beat. The host, Nina, is wonderful and accommodating. The apartment’s location is perfect with restaurants and grocery stores nearby & very central to all of the sites in Florence. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, well facilitated, and in a perfect location to view Florence and the countryside. Several patios to use and enjoy eating lunch or dinner at wi.th the family. It is close to the Ponte Vecchio and shopping. There is a nearby grocery store.

I wish we would’ve stayed longer. Everything about this place is awesome. Start with the views and the neighborhood. The owner met us at check in and gave a tour. Plenty of room. Probably one of my all-time favorite places to stay.

Top floor apartment with amazing views! Property Manager Nina was very nice to work with. It should be noted that this is penthouse apartment with no elevator. The steps (57) are extremely steep. The road the apartment is on is also extremely steep, so if you have any sort of issues with knees, hips, asthma, etc., this property may be a challenge. That said, if you don’t, you will be rewarded with a really lovely apartment that accommodates multiple people with outstanding views and terraces!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment. The views are stunning! Everything is close by- a grocery store, highly rated restaurants and all the famous sites in Florence. The spacious apartment is perfect for a large family and is located only a short 5 min. walk up a hill. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

If you can walk up 4 flights of stairs do not think twice and book this apartment. Amazing place.

The house was delightful. Beautiful and comfortable. Nina, the property manager, rates a 10 for excellence on a scale where 5 is the best. She provided a list of great restaurants. She helped us with scheduling taxis. When the streets were to be shut down on our departure date, she let us know our options for getting to the train station. She was prepared to come and walk us to the train station if our taxi did not show up. Fortunately the taxi did show up thanks to Nina’s attention to the matter. Nina is the hostess with the mostest We could not have had a more helpful host for our stay in Florence. She even helped us get our bags up the stairs!
