The property is amazing! It is a must stay for anyone traveling to Natchitoches. It is centrally located near all downtown restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Also, check-in process and communication with property managers were outstanding. We highly recommend!

We come to Natchitoches annually for a conference and this is our second year at this house. We love this place. It's beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. This year we held a small function for some of our clients downstairs in the courtyard, and everyone raved. We'll be back.

very nice place and middle of town

I was shown the unit by the owner on the last trip and was stunned. Decided this year to stay here for Christmas instead of a Hotel. The place is located just steps from all the action with a great balcony in front to watch the firework show Saturday night, did not have to be on the streets fighting to get a spot. The house was way more than 6 people needed, but it was great to have space to be by yourself. The back balcony was almost totally private where you could not be seen from the street. The elevator was great to have as my wife has a bad knee and climbing stair is really hard for her. Other areas that we did not use much but could be an added plus, Court yard with table, chairs, fountain and fire pit. Kitchen attached to the court yard. The courtyard would be a great spot to have a large party or gathering.

This was our annual Birthday Celebration for 6 life long friends. We chose this spot and could not have been happier! It is SO well appointed, beds and linens are wonderful! So much space! We can't wait to go back! Our host was so sweet and responsive! Do yourself a favor and stay!!!

We have been visiting Natchitoches for many years with family and friends to celebrate the kick off to the Christmas season. This location is perfect. There is plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to front street. You can see the fireworks from the front balcony. Laysones meat pies are a block away and you have access to tons of shopping on Front Street. I highly recommend this property and this town for a fun getaway weekend.

This charming and welcoming condo was the perfect place for a celebration of my mother's life--spacious enough to host 43 people for a ceremony and dinner. It includes two beautiful, well-equipped kitchens and ample dining space--from an indoor dining room to seating on the balcony and courtyard. Our guests raved about the historic atmosphere and the great downtown location, just steps away from restaurants and shops. We were able to watch fireworks from the Tappedtober Festival right from the balcony--our mother would have loved every minute! P.S. Those of us who stayed in the condo found the bedrooms quite comfortable. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or a sitting outside with a glass of wine at night. Also, Alice and her brother Henry were super helpful and responsive. Five stars all around!

We loved the interior, homey but elegant. Comfortable. We held a small ceremony and reception in the courtyard. Everyone of our guests were so impressed with the location. The owner(s) were so easy to work with hand friendly. I highly recommend staying at the beautiful location.

The 5th Annual Cane River film festival was a great success.. our guests enjoyed having the VIP Opening Night Celebration Party at the Historic HA Cook Guesthouse.

The property is beautiful with several perfectly clean bedrooms, two kitchens, and ample outdoor space. The location is perfect, within just a block of the major sites in the area and lots of restaurants. Still, the location is quiet at night and parking is easy in the locked garage. If you happen to be here around Christmas and New Years, you'll be just a minute walking from the lights on the river and can see the fireworks VERY CLOSE BY from the balcony! Excellent! The host was exceptionally helpful and provided lots of information for easy arrival. A few notes: the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the A/C in the bedrooms was unstable, leaving one very warm, and the property was lacking in essentials like shampoo and salt/pepper. Still a wonderful stay!

We had a great girl’s trip to Natchitoches thanks to Alice’s great condo!!! It was roomy, super clean, well appointed and so convenient to down town. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Alice was a sweetheart! The best….hoping to stay here again!!!

Walking distance to everything. Alice and her brother are very pleasant to deal with. Very accommodating. Beautiful place. Rented the courtyard for a rehearsal dinner and it was the most beautiful setting. Everyone wanted to know the rental information for their future visits. I am sure we will be renting again very soon.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Natchitoches is a great town to visit during the holidays. Great location! If only we could have had good weather to enjoy the lovely outdoor areas of the condo.

The location was perfect for shopping, walking to the parade, and fireworks. The two patio areas and courtyard gave everyone a place to relax. The view of the fireworks from the patio was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The second kitchen downstairs was perfect for accommodating all of our crockpots and food. The property is overall very comfortable and cozy. The elevator makes it easy to bring in luggage and makes the property user-friendly for those with physical disabilities. I highly recommend this property.

FABULOUS! We loved it! All the balcony space and lounging outdoors is great! It is such a great area for gathering a large group! The little extras of coffee, creamer, sweetners, face wipes, Kleenex were a pleasant surprise! Beds were comfortable! Very spacious bathrooms! Great location to do anything downtown! You get a whole lot of space for the money! We definitely will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the H A Cook Townhouse in the Natchitoches Historical District. Newly remodeled and it had everything you would need. Even an elevator in the townhouse to use if you did not want to use the stairs. Location was perfect. Walked to all shops and restaurants. Great courtyard and downstairs parking for your car. We were able to fit two SUVs in the parking area in the courtyard. Loved the balconies. We will definitely recommend this Townhouse for your future Natchitoches stay.

This property is amazing. The antique decor is beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked we especially loved the coffee selection. The location is fantastic. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Host was great, house was perfect and location was ideal

The place was clean and plenty spacious for us. The location is perfect for walking around downtown. I love that there is plenty of out door seating to enjoy. The garage was an added bonus to park our car inside.
