nice hotel looked like it had been updated recently

we where put in a hanicapped room and the blinds would not work, the bed had a large hole in the middle so we rolled to the middle all night and could hardly get out of the bed.

Good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Elevator was out of service. Vent fan was broken which triggered smoke detector with steam from shower.

Air conditioner did not cool like it should Tile floor was sticky. Carpet fitly. The bathtub had not mats and was very slippery. Other peoples hair around toilet. Disappointed

One of the staff offered to make more egg frittata when I saw him make it for a man. However, the inside cheese was still frozen when he brought them out to eat.

It was overpriced for its value. I don’t believe the bedding was fresh and new; my bottle of body lotion was half empty; the laundry bag was used and crumpled; the greeting hostess was cold and unpleasant.

The Price was Too High, I felt Gouged.

It was near an ihop . I had a problem with my booking app saying I was booked for a double queen room, but when I got there I was told they had no such room available. they could technically let me stay in their king suit and be charged the extra frees in the morning. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed , the young lady at the counter was sweet , kind and courteous.

The air conditioner was about to break so it made a terrible noise all night, there were no shampoo, body wash or conditioner in the room. In the morning we woke up hot because the air went out and I still had to deal with the extra fees . luckily I called Booking.com and they fixed the issue. they told the hotel they couldn’t charge me more , they were too have provided me the room on the app or an upgrade but absolutely not charge me for the mistake. Then me and my sons got Down stairs I was told I couldn’t get my receipt because their printer was on the Frits . The new young lady said she’d have to email me my receipt and said she’d give us 500 + bonus points on my IHG app asked for my account info. Said it’s the least she could do since I was a member even though I booked with Booking.com. It’s now two days later , NO EMAIL, NO POINTS . No NOTHING. Stay away from this hotel . IT was a terrible experience.

the site stated dbl (double beds available) but when I called to confirm my reservation I was told they only had kings.
