Breakfast was excellent.

My room was up front. Lots of noise from guests and staff. The loud talking woke me up at 4:00 am.

convenient location to Natchitoches Louisiana and convenient to restaurants and fast food.

I felt that the lighting could have been brighter in bathroom

The bed I had was not comfortable at all. It made noises every time I moved. I think it needed a new mattress

Didn’t know there was breakfast but we left early! We loved the hotel & enjoyed our stay celebrating our daughter graduate!

We checked out Friday morning before 9am and now it’s Sunday morning and we still have not had our money credited to our credit card. We sure was charged at the very moment but I guess it takes over 48 hours to credit ones account!

The guy at the front desk was friendly and very welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable

Bed too soft, needed more support.

there was a roach crawling on the wall in our room. for the amount of money you have to pay one would think the hotel would be clean. i called downstairs twice to the front desk to let them know what was going on & that i was interested in changing rooms. the first time no one answered the phone. once i got someone on the phone she stated the hotel was full & we could not switch rooms, which was understandable. she then told me she would come up to the room in 2 minutes to handle the situation. she never showed up. we left the hotel for the night & spoke with someone else at the front desk in regard to the situation who said the lady before her did not let her know what was going on. she stated she would make note of it & speak with her manager to give us a discount for the stay. the next morning we checked out & no discount was given. highly disappointed.

The room was clean and in a good location.

The mattress was very hard to sleep on. My back was stiff and I kept tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable.
