Profitez de notre condo en bord de mer luxueusement décoré à Tropic Winds, situé dans les plages paisibles très recherchées de l'ouest de Panama City Beach, en Floride, qui abrite les «plus belles plages du monde». Notre immeuble est la plus récente copropriété de grande hauteur sur la plage et offre une escapade tranquille loin de toutes les foules, mais à seulement 5 minutes du quartier populaire des divertissements, des boutiques et des restaurants de Pier Park. My family and I had a wonderful week at PCB. This condo is right on the beach and sitting out on the patio is lovely. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs/umbrella that came with the condo for the week. We did purchase two additional beach chairs for the week to accommodate our party of four. Highly recommend!

This condo was amazing. I was nervous to stay on the 15th floor because we have never stayed that high before, but I am so glad that we did. This is an end unit, with a balcony view that you can see for miles. If we were in the condo, we were on the balcony! It is truly the best part. The balcony furniture was in excellent condition and there was plenty of furniture for the entire family to enjoy. I really liked that there is a utility closet in the condo that you could place items in such as beach toys, beach chairs, etc. My son used the provided beach toys everyday and we also used the umbrella! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I loved the living room couch! It was roomy and comfortable for us to enjoy sitting together. Both bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The master bathroom shower- oh my! That was a treat for sure. The entire unit was super clean- I was very impressed! Check-in/arrival was easy and owner is super friendly. There was minimal wait time for an elevator. Parking is tight, but this was the first time renting a condo with a parking garage, so we really enjoyed having that amenity. Also, we loved the beach service that was included. That is super helpful when you don't feel like carrying your chairs to and from the beach.

This was our first time at tropic winds, it was everything advertised. Excellent amenities, friendly staff. We stayed in unit 1509 and the owner had all items well stocked. We never had to go out for the small items needed. The unit was extremely well decorated and comfortable, we are already planning on coming back.

We can't say enough about our stay at Tropic Winds. Alwayswalk in to an extremely clean home away from home. The condo has everything you need. The view is beautiful. Stores are not far. If you want to eat out, there are plenty of restaurants. If you want to eat in on the balcony, watching the sunset, you can pick up some fresh seafood and cook up a nice meal.
We are already counting the days until we can go back.

This condo was excellent. Security presence was apparent, even during a pretty bad storm. They allow only one car to park in the garage and be sure to put your parking hanger so that security can see it or they will leave you a note on your windshield. Additional parking requires a small fee and is across the street.
We didn't get to use the fitness room, sauna or steam room since they were closed due to the Corona Virus lockdown, but we did use the hot tub several times. It is huge, hot, and clean. The pool was too cold, so it would be nice if they kept it heated through April. We couldn't get the gas grills to work, but we probably were not doing it right. They have gas and charcoal grills for use near the hot tub area. There is even a grassy area for the owners to take their dogs to poop. Guests can't bring dogs or smoke, which suited me just fine. They thought of pretty much everything.
The balcony was huge and we loved that it was a corner unit allowing for a better view. The only thing the kitchen was missing was a broiler pan and a turkey baster, but had just about everything needed. There is a Winn Dixie a couple of miles down the road that had our food for the weekend. We walked almost to the pier one night, so it is really close to Pier Park. The building howls if the wind gets really high so don't be surprised if that happens. We had tornado warnings that day with super strong winds.
The bathrooms are really nice and the master shower was incredible with a bench and three different shower heads. I want a rain shower head for my house now. They provided shampoo and conditioner in addition to a welcome bag full of useful items like hand sanitizer and sunscreen. The laundry room has full sized washer and dryer along with enough detergent to last a week. They have beach chairs, beach towels, floatation toys and such that can be used on the beach. The master has a king bed and the guest room has two full (or were they queen?) beds in them that would comfortably sleep 4 people. Large screen TVs were nice and the furniture was very comfortable.
I would stay at this condo in a heartbeat again. The owner is super flexible and communicates well. I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

Coming back to Tropic Winds condo for the second time was just as nice as the time before. The condo is very nice and accommodated our ladies getaway perfectly. The decor is soothing, the beds are so comfy, beach towels were nice to have available along with the beach chairs. Love the fact the beach is so close to the building.
Gary takes the upmost concern and pride in making his condo inviting and top notch. He was very kind to continue to work with us as Covid had pushed our plans week by week further into May.
This is definitely a condo you can book with confidence, knowing they have thought of everything for a nice relaxing time at the Emerald Coast.
We are looking forward to our next trip back.

If you’re looking for a great updated condo with all the essentials, this condo is a great place to be! My 3 sons and I came here for an impromptu vacation and Gary accommodated us with everything we could possibly want or need. The condo was very clean and well maintained. He had several beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels for us to use. The kitchen was completely stocked and there were also plenty of towels, toiletries and anything else you may forget to bring from home. The pool was well maintained, and the beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this unit, and my family hopes to be back again someday.

This is our 2nd year staying at Tropic Winds. We love the corner balcony because it gives you a great view of the sunset and a larger view of the ocean. The condo is amazing, very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the shower is the master bath is awesome! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. This condo was perfect for my family of 5. We were all able to sleep comfortably, and having 2 full bathrooms is great when it is time to get ready to go out. The condo owner has thoughtfully provided anything we needed from kitchen utensils to sand toys. The beach was beautiful and on the clearest days we were able to see dolphins, sharks, and a sea turtle from the balcony.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was fully equipped with everything including a crock pot and Keurig coffee maker! The place is absolutely beautiful and updated with comfy beds and furniture. We had an unfortunate issue with the key pad entry but the owner was so easy to reach and responded immediately to resolve. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, well decorated condo
We were a family of 6 - 3 children and our au pair, visiting the beach for a family vacation. The condo is absolutely beautiful, well decorated and stocked with everything you could need, right down to beach chairs and toys. Our kids loved using the boogie boards and having breakfast on the porch. The couch was very comfortable and we enjoyed snuggling and watching a movie on a rainy day. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including grill utensils which was nice. Several times we grilled out and ate at the downstairs picnic tables. I loved that the condo was at the end of the building so it felt very private with no one walking by. Our favorite part was the lovely master bedroom- we could watch tv, read and relax in bed with the ambient lighting and the wonderful spa shower felt heavenly after a long day at the beach. Even our kiddos loved the rain shower head. Gary was wonderful to communicate with and was very quick to help us with a minor issue. We couldn’t get the tub drain to plug and he sent the housekeeper right over to replace it so our kids could take a bath. You really can’t go wrong staying here. We were a bit nervous when we saw how lovely it was, with three young children, but they did great and we had a nice time talking about the art work etc. The place was also immaculate and smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. We had a lovely week and it was the perfect place to relax. Thank you!!

Awesome Condo!
We had the Best time on our Beach Vacation! This Condo is so perfect that this is our 2nd stay here. The Condo is very nice and very clean and well kept. The owner takes very good care of it and it shows! We love the location and the views are stunning. Easy access to everything! I feel that this location is a more family friendly area not at the Party end of the Beach at all. Everyone is so nice including the grounds keepers. While we were there it was open parking which made it a lot easier for us to park our Big SUV.
