Cottonwood Cottage est une charmante maison millésime situé à cinq rues du centre historique de Old Time Cottonwood. Le chalet a subi une rénovation complète qui inclut de nouveaux appareils et les deux nouveaux et vintage mobilier. Ce un chalet de niveau est une escapade idéale pour deux ou quatre personnes. Le porche vous accueille pour asseoir et vous détendre.

La cuisine ouverte est bien équipée avec une variété d'articles et ustensiles pour cuisiner ou réchauffer. Il y a une île pour l'espace de compteur supplémentaire. La chambre principale offre un coussin de lit de taille supérieure matelas queen avec une grande commode et un grand placard. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux qui est accommodants pour deux adultes ou deux enfants. La salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche.

do not book. host changed dates of stay before talking to me about this, was not honest about approving. gave too much unsolicited personal private info about previous guest. other reviews accurate about neighbors not being str friendly, other unsafe neighbors too. not afraid of bugs personally but LARGE (3 inch+) bugs. claimed unreasonable damage i couldn’t have possibly done for an amount not reflective of damage, likely how she pays for maintenance. scam. many local hotel or str options for a better stay with hosts who have integrity nearby. must have had other reviews deleted because i’ve never had such a poor experience. vrbo encouraged this post for others to know about this experience, usually don’t bother and am not nitpicky but this was awful at every juncture.

Very clean cozy home in Old Town Cottonwood, it was a perfect place to stay while looking for a permanent residence for my father.

House was cool, comfortable and quiet. Its convenient location allowed us to explore downtown Cottonwood. We were pleasantly surprised to discover back trails to the Riverfront park which we visited each evening.

The house was great. Awesome location that allowed me and my family to walk to Old Town and easily drive all to other locations in the Verde Valley. Check in and check was a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.

It was a very cute and clean house. The check in was really easy, there were extra blankets, and I loved that there was coffee there because we got in so late.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Great property w/ everything you need and very clean. Perfect home base that is really close to old town and central for exploring the entire area. Will be booking here next time we plan a trip to this area.

We just loved the Cottage’s proximity to downtown and hiking trails. We parked our car and explored Cottonwood by foot. The Cottage was clean, had an awesome front and backyard, and provided a fun and relaxing retreat.

We loved the house, great quiet neighborhood and so close to Old Town Cottonwood. We loved sitting on the front porch and the back patio. Loved being able to walk to Old Cottonwood. Would like to come back and stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend while hiking around Sedona. We were shocked at how cute and fun the main strip of old Cottonwood is - and within walking distance. The restaurants there were fantastic!
The house was everything we needed and easy for a little dog to access back area to potty.
We would definitely stay again.

This was our third time staying at your amazing cottage. It is always perfect. You have everything anyone would need or want to stay for a few days or lots longer. Super clean, great location and our sweet little dog loves your gated yard. All your neighbors that we have met are so nice. Can't wait for our next stay there. Thank you for everything!

Location is in a neighbor hood a few blocks from downtown "old Cottonwood" which is full of nice shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped and met our needs well. We appreciated finding a nice bottle of wine when we checked in. The cottage has our recommendation.

Cottonwood Cottage is hands down one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, it’s filled with thoughtful touches that made it a comfortable and happy place for our family of four adults to stay in. We also loved the location, just a stroll away from the shops and restaurants of Old Town Cottonwood, and with easy access to places like Jerome, Sedona and Flagstaff. The host made us feel very welcome.

Home had everything you need for cooking and kitchen was well stocked. Convenient location to downtown and great walking paths for your dog. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog to run around. Previous reviewer complained about the next door neighbor, but she was nice and we had no problems. Loud running water issue was outside irrigation and was quickly resolved. Only issue was dish network which had to be rebooted, but there is a reset butoon on the front of the box. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay.

Thank you again for another wonderful stay in your amazing cottage. You have everything anyone could need to make them feel at home and your location to down town is such a plus and the boys love fishing at Dead Horse Ranch. Your sweet neighbor lady gave us the in’s for where to down town for breakfast and music & about the walk on main going on yesterday. Can’t wait to come back again next year. Thank you again.

My husband and I took a long weekend to spend some time in the Cottonwood area. We really enjoyed that you can walk to the downtown area from this location. The cottage was very clean and comfortable.

Please looks at the following small issues with the property:
-The lock on the back door is nor working properly.
-The kitchen water faucet is dripping.
-A very loud, water running type of noise comes on at all hours and sometimes last for an hour - possibly the hot water tank.
-The most concerning thing was that the neighbor (a woman) who lives on the right side of the house, made several unwanted comments regarding our coming and going, and it was unnerving and made me feel less than perfectly safe.

Clean, neat and tidy inside and out. Fenced in yard added extra privacy The furniture is streamline with plenty of walking space. Ample dishes, cooking items. bed linens and bathroom towels. Easy access to control heat and AC. TV didn't offer code in home guide booklet to turn on TV. Location easy to find. Communication with Home hostess was very informative and she had a delightful personality.

The property was a short walk to downtown Cottonwood. Cottonwood Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The fenced in lot with a front and back sitting areas were a real plus. No complaints whatsoever.
