Poor WiFi connection (was fixed after reported, so not really a dislike)

The apartment it was really nice, clean and the breakfast in the morning it was good. The staff every single person very polite and friendly. Always there to help with anything.

Few times happened during the night like no lights for few minutes it was few days like that and the WiFi it was a bit bad. Apart from that really recommended.

Location is perfect for sightseeing, most of the needed locations can be reached walking. However, would not recommend to walk around the hotel area late evening times. Breakfasts were nice and served to the room. The room was cleaned daily and all the bath stuff was changed accordingly.

We stayed in an apartment type room, it was clean and cleaning was made daily. But despite that there was a bad smell in the room. None of the hotel personnel speaks languages other than Turkish and cannot give information.

Very spacious rooms. Much better than expected. Great breakfast. Clean and equipped with working fridge. Close to Kemer Izban metro which can get you to any place and to the airport in 20 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Very noisy street. Poor district which as I was told had bad criminal record in the past. Advice you to use taxi after 21:00

The room was awesome, huge bed, kitchenette, washing machine, workplace, sofa, nice bathroom. Breakfast delivered to the room at the time of your choice. super helpful staff. You can ask them for any food to be delivered to your room. It has own parking. Very close to the central area.

Wifi is extremely slow. Poor neighborhood.

The room was really spatious and was clean and really good for us. The hotel is about 15 min walk of the bazar. Is not in the centre but not in a problematic area.

The breakfast is ok for 1 max 2 nights but No more. It served in the room with No varieties. You have to choose from a list.

Nice big apartment with elevator. Good little kitchen with all necessary items. Big well-equipped washroom. Location accessible by bus, bus stop in walking distance. 10 min bus to city centre. Shops nearby for necessities.

1.The location at night does not feel safe. Everything closes down by 8pm except night clubs. 2. The rooms are dimly lit with no white lights.

Everything about this residence is perfect. Appartements here are really comfortable, modern and big with every possible thing you need inside. Receptionist were so kind and helpful!! Just love this place !

Great hotel to stay in. Great staff and good value for money.

It was a good room for our family to spend the night at. Since I was ignorant about the neighborhoods in Izmir I booked in a place that was not very appealing to walk around or get much view. Fortunately we had rented a car and after a 5-10 min drive we were able to get to nice places. Izmir is really big and it is close to Ephesus or Pergamon so we used this room as a central hub for those trips. The room had a washing machine so my wife was happy to be able to wash some clothes for our kids (we have 3).

The location was once again not optimal, but they did have a closed free parking and the value was not high. You get what you pay.

The room and facilities in general are all very good

AC was not present in bedroom and even though we turned ON ac in main room, the bedroom wasnt getting cool enough

Our apartment room 603 was huge! Instead of just having a hotel room with 2 beds, it has a separate bedroom/bathroom and kitchen/living area with a sofa and kitchen facilities. Washing machine to keep up with our washing on our trip. Kettle to make tea each day. Cutlery/plates/bowls/glasses and small cups and even a saucepan that we used to make pasta. A fridge freezer to store all our food/drink/ice creams. A table to sit down and eat or a sofa which was so comfy that my friend slept on it for a few nights! Room wasn’t cleaned every day but I think it’s because we didn’t put the clean room sign on the door each day so make sure you do this. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. They speak very good English and helped us so much with booking taxi/ advise on places to shop and eat. Brought us some items from the shop that we needed up to our room so that we didn’t have to go out in the area late at night. We also paid roughly £270 for 9 nights stay which is amazing! Staff even helped us with an extensions lead when we needed a longer wire to watch our iPad. The days we had our room cleaned, it was spotless. Fresh bottle of water brought to our door each morning. Shower is massive and very clean. Beds are comfy and has wardrobe with some hangers. Room had air con and windows that opened wide for it it’s hot outside. Would defiantly stay here again if I needed to be close to Izmir city centre. Me and my friend came for surgery so spent most of the time in our apartment. So happy we chose to stay here and recover in our beautiful spacious room :)

Location/area of hotel in Izmir is unsafe to walk at night time. We was told by taxi driver and hotel staff not to walk outside at night time which made us feel unsafe. However glad we was told this so we knew. Taxi from hotel to city centre is 5 minutes and costs about 20 lira which is about £1 in English money! Breakfast could have been better. We only got the breakfast 1 morning as we decided to buy milk/cereal from the supermarket next door instead. I think if the hotel had a different variety of cereals or croissants would have been nice. Also maybe having a toaster in the apartment to make toast would have been a good idea.
