Nothing as Such

The location next to the river is just mesmerising. The food is simply awesome. Everything we tried was tasty and up to the mark.

Few things. 1) the front desk asked to enter into a register which was not required. should be more organised and informed. 2) the bathroom is not ergonomically designed for senior citizens.There should be a separate bath area apart from the tub area. dangerous for senior citizens. 3) water logging issues in bathroom is a big disappointment. 4) spa needs to have a laundry bag to keep used robes 5) massage could have been better 6) people entered pool without proper swim gear. saw one guy enter the pool in his briefs! yet no one to stop. the lady jumped in wearing tshirt and trousers!! very very uncourteous. I jumped out as soon as they made way to the pool. why was no one stopping them given the pool is right next to the restaurant. Briefed the front office of all the above except the pool thing (skipped my mind).

The amenities are well kept, overall landscaping is good. The nature trail attached to the property is a definite point of interest. The bungalows are very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. The depth of the main pool was more than 4 feet which was odd as it basically meant it was inaccessible for kids up to 10 Yr olds - my son was definitely disappointed!

wifi connection very poor, really struggled couple of hours to get connected. service was good but slight delay

The location is too good and easy to reach. Cauvery river flows inside the property which adds to its natural beauty. The planning of bungalows and structural design is very good which gives ultimate privacy for guests. Overall a very good stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The TV connection, even though we wont go there to watch TV, but sometime you need it I guess.
