Good location, clean room and warm

Lovely stuff,close beach, nice quiet area ,no problems witch parking, price absolutely bargain 😀 I will back soon

Clean and inviting

Everything was just fine

We booked superior family room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. It was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. It had clean ensuite with enough toilet paper for our 3 night stay and hand soap. Warm water was available and room was cozy with windows available to open for fresh air if needed. There was fridge, microwave, essential crockery, and stuff for tea coffee available. One small Fan was provided too. Iron was provided on demand. Towels were provided. Basically everything necessary was available which is great and staff was very friendly. Location is 10/10 as everything is at walking distance as we didn’t have car.

Wash basin tap was very difficult to close. Toilet door handle was difficult to open. There is chance if you are alone in the room you may struggle to open the bathroom door from inside. No hooks anywhere to hang towels or clothes.

Very good location, tidy, freshly decorated.

It is tiny, the beds are not comfy, I would add at least some hooks, otherwise there is no place to put you staff.

Location was really good. Just a short walk into Newquay Town Centre and beach. Ray on reception was really helpful, friendly and welcoming and provided us with lots of information on the local area, parking etc.

Everything was amazing we didn’t have the breakfats we stayed and got ready in the hotel and then went out the most times. Everything was nearby and convenient l.

I really liked the facilities in studio 3. It was a nice room, could t ask for more.

The room smelled of cigarettes throughout my stay. It was a very strong smell that lingered on to our clothes. I had children with me, I’m so glad I only booked the room for one night. I left the windows open, I sprayed a lot of air freshener but the smell would not go.

We were close to the beach. just 2 mins walk

The property was pleasant not exceptionally clean but expected dust on side tables.

Great location, helpful staff and friendly. The room is what is to be expected for the cost, had a lovely break.

Basic but what you expect for the price

Studio was nice with basic required things. Owner is really nice.

Near the beach

No microwave or even water kettle. Bed are too soft that you are literally drowning and will give you backaches the next day

Staff were nice and room was clean with a nice view but shocked at the layout of the room.

Never seen a room like it. It was a normal double room with a wooden partition towards the top of the room with 2 beds up there. Buzzard, found it very claustrophobic.
