Bit of a walk into Newquay but we knew that when we booked the stay.

The hosts are so friendly and welcoming! Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing and there's a good range of choices. Room was comfortable and clean and having netflix was a plus!

There was nothing not to like! All was amazing.

Warm reception start to finish. Clean nicely decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Hot shower and clean loo. Tea and coffee facility's were great. Breakfast....wow! absolutely delicious! great choice and table service. We will definitely return to Skyline it will always be our first choice to stay in Newquay. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

We had a lovely stay at Skyline Ghani and Agnes were the perfect hosts with lots of helpful information about the area. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice, the room was very clean and comfortable, the toiletries and small fridge were great additions. The location is perfect it's quiet at night and easy to get into the centre of Newquay or other areas there is a beautiful beach that you can walk to in 5 minutes. We will definitely be back to stay!

The room was very comfortable , very clean with facility for making tea and coffee . Nice shower in bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with a good choice, ie poached eggs , scrambled and full english. Plenty of tea and toast also.

We had a lovely stay. Agnes and Garni are a lovely friendly couple and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was gorgeous, I can't rate Garni's cooking enough. The room was comfortable with the added bonus of a fridge.

The bathroom was very small but when we booked the room we didn't realise how small it was and how awkward it would be for a 6ft4in man and to be fair Agnes and Garni had no way of knowing how tall my partner is.

Delicious and plentiful a la carte breakfast which was always presented on time so that we could go off for our day’s adventures. Served with a smile and helpful local information. Room and ensuite were super clean and well equipped. Beautifully decorated, lovely products, comfortable beds, great selection of teas and coffee, accessible power points and ample place to put luggage. The location was an easy walk to the beaches, the centre of town and all the main eateries and attractions and about 10 steps from a bus stop which regularly served towns along the coast and inland, including Port Issac, St Ives, Truro and Padstow. Agnes and Ghani are amazing hosts who make their guests feel very welcome and take pride in ensuring that their establishment presents at a very high level. Very good value for money.

One bad day of rain on our last day

The breakfast was awesome, the hosts were always welcome and we enjoyed the stay a lot. They offered us the surf boards, told about the city and we were extremely happy to stay with them. We felt like at home and made friends :)

Wow just returned here from a 4 night stay! Me, my partner and children are sad to be home. Our stay from start to finish was 10/10 brilliant. On arrival we were greated by lovely Agnes who told us lots of useful things about Newquay/ room/ breakfast etc. She showed us to our room which was a perfect room on ground floor, spacious, modern and comfortable ( perfect for our family of 4) she even gave my children toys to entertain them throughout our stay ( life saver thank you) the beds were comfortable and the room was fully equipped with mini fridge, tea and coffee and even had a fan! There was also a mini fridge in the lobby which was always fully stocked with fresh milk and water which was really convenient. Breakfast was perfect and had lots of choice. The owners Agnes and Ghani were so friendly and went above and beyond for us they also recommended places to go and eat which was helpful as it was our first time in Newquay! We couldn’t of wished for a better stay and are definitely returning in the future. The location is brilliant and I would definitely recommend the skyline guesthouse.

Amazing hosts, Ghani and Agnes were very attentive, very friendly and giving us tips about Cornwall. Great breakfast close to the bus stops and 10 min away from the beach, definitely recommend it and looking forward to stay here again.

Convenient location, super friendly owners, excellent breakfast. Everything we needed. What's not to like?

Great breakfast, good location. Tea, coffee, milk, bottled water all provided and hosts were happy to allow guests to bring in take aways and eat them in their dining room, using their plates & cutlery. Parking right outside. Agnes & Ghani were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, they provided plenty of information about places to visit & gave us a local map too.

Room & bed were small, but our fault we should have booked earlier to bag one of their bigger rooms!

Brilliant location. Hosts were superb! Agnes was so lovely! Breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice and cooked to perfection. Our room was really comfortable and well equipped. The cost was very reasonable too!! We would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommended Skyline Guesthouse to anyone wanting to visit Newquay.

The breakfast was very good, I would recommend the egg benadicts which were aamazing. There was a good selection of things to eat or drink, everything was fresh. The location of the house is perfect as well, close to the town centre, close to the beach. Nice and quiet area. The owners of the house were very welcoming as soon as we arrived.

The welcome was so warm, and they ran through everything to see and do in the area. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and we could tailor it to what we wanted. Rooms were very comfortable- perfect for the four of us.
