Only the room

The front office staff was extremely rude and completely uncooperative. They refused to offer even the smallest help when we asked for anything. When we asked for a general or public place in the hotel to charge our phone, they immediately said no and refused. The checkout time is very early, at 10 AM, and it's non-negotiable. They firmly rejected any requests for a later checkout. They didn't even try to understand our English. Additionally, if you want to leave your baggage for a while, there is an extra charge. Overall, the staff was very difficult to communicate and negotiate with. They were all very individualistic and unhelpful.

Постоянный запах канализации в комнате и в ванной. К этому так же добавляется постоянный запах горелого масла и канализации с улицы. Все это перечеркивает положительные стороны отеля.

Ottima struttura, molto pulita e accogliente. Posizione comoda per chi utilizza i pass ferroviari turistici Jr, essendo vicino ad una stazione, ma fuori dai quartieri troppo frequentati.

Dovrebbero avere più lavatrici. Sono molto utilizzate e forse per un hotel così grande, il numero non è sufficiente.

Location is perfect,only 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station. Staff are well-mannered and trained well.
