Brilliant location - easy to walk to attractions. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing!

Camera molto spaziosa, letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Colazione abbondante e varia. Ristorante ottimo e staff molto gentile.
Il bagno era molto piccolo, soprattutto la doccia. Il secondo letto della suite era molto scomodo. La pulizia della stanza era piuttosto carente. Qualche dolce in più sarebbe stato gradito a colazione.

The room was spaceious and clean.
The staff were super nice. The location is great and we could walk everywhere literally.
The best part is breakfast. There are so many great options. Also the breakfast time is till 11 which make it easy and flexible.

Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is very well located with a tram line stop around the corner from it. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Sometimes I could hear the tram passing early in the morning, personally it did bot bother me too much.

Centrally located hotel with good breakfast and nice rooms. Bed was comfy and bathroom nice. It is within walking distance of many sights and station to airport.
Nothing bad really - colours in the room were a bit funky but that might just be me :-)

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast connection with the airport by bus (bus stop just nearby).
The room is quite basic, a bit too basic for a 4-star hotel. Difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom.

Free tea/coffee and water facilities in the lobby, really appreciated these to refuel! Tram is right outside the door to centre of town, very handy!! Breakfast was great, freshly squeezed orange juice 😋

The property was in a great location, very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had to change rooms because the bathroom was too small in the first one. I am 1.88m tall and couldn’t use the bathroom sing without banging my legs on the toilet. The manager sorted a new room for us very quickly.

Everything was good, the hotel is very nice and located just in the city centre is very near to best locations to visit, some of them you don't even need transport. The city tour from hotel is wonderful
The small cafe in the first floor is not working in the first half of the day. so if you have some working meetings you should go somewhere else
