Relatively clean and tidy in a central location. Friendly staff.

Old fashioned cramped with steep narrow staircase. Nowhere near value for money. Just been on tour and the only similar standard property we stayed at was almost half the price. Wouldn't use again

It’s an old building and we was on the 3rd floor, the stairs we very steep and twisting, the room was a bit dated and the shower cubicle wasn’t very clean there was mild on the tiles

the three flights of very steep stairs were a workout and tricky/dangerous on the way down with luggage.

Location was superb and great Saturday Market with live chickens ! Breakfast was great value and quality at 10 euros Lovely town and staff we so helpful when our avis hire car broke down !!! If you like lively bars there are 2 downstairs which you shoumd bare in mind d if booking River View room . We needed a drink after all the issues with car so enjoyed ourselves.

Nice hotel on the Loira river and in the centre of Saumur. Room very big, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast with a wide choice of meals.

No elevator, steep stairs with tiny space, keep it in mind if travelling with big luggages.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The half board offer was an incredible deal. The meal was excellent and the service was excellent.

There is no liftl. We stayed in the apartment on the 3td floor and it was really hard to climb especially with the suitcases

We travelled from London to Perpignan stopping in the Loire. This is our third stay and will be booking again when we have planned our return trip.

Very good location, family room great, staff very attentive and pleasant.

Room a few minor cleanliness issues, no mirror in room, but overall very happy with my stay.

Good location in the city center, on the river Loire. You can walk to the castle, shops, restaurants. Nice room, comfy beds, clean.

Has no own parking, you have to pay for public parking. (Ask the stuff members, there is a market infront of the hotel 2 days a week, so do not park there the night before.)

The rooms 16 26 where only reached via stairs which where very steep. I think you need to advise clients of this situation because of health issues
