The buffet breakfast Not much choice as are couple we paid upfront cost 25 each each morning in Australian dollars We realised wasn’t much choice we Tryed to ask if we could get refund they said no so we ate somewhere else end up costing almost 100 everyday for breakfast

Very attractive room, with a fantastic balcony that overlooked a tropical garden. Comfortable bed, good security. The decor is distinctively Thai.

It's quite a long walk from the hotel to the street. And the street itself - South Pattaya in general - has really gone downhill. It's run down, dirty and a bit sleazy. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but there were no restaurants except Indian restaurants anywhere in a half a km radius. We had a terrible time finding breakfast.

This place is terrible, the hotel is without maintenance and through the middle of the hotel an open sewage of 10 meter wide crosses the hotel. The smell makes you vomit

Verbindungstüren daher extrem Laut, Personal teils unfreundlich (nicht alle) Mein Aufenthalt wurde zweimal berechnet und ich hab keine Antwort des Hotels auf Nachrichten erhalten.

Staff very Bad they charged me 2000BHT for smoking while I did not smoke in the room Stupid staff

Très bonne hôtel bien situé et très bien équipé

Le petit point noir est ce petit cour d’eau qu’il faut passer avec le pont qui est plein de vase et qui empeste énormément vraiment dommage avant ou après c’être d’étendu à la piscine

Signage around the hotel is terrible. Even though there are little boards put up (presumably because everyone complained) I spend most of my time there lost.

The rooms were clean and nice, it had a nice pool with beautiful gardens, the location was good, you could find anything nearby.

Comfortable room, lovely interior garden, ideally located for walking (out the front door) or catching a bus (out the back door).

Many comments complain about the canal - as far as I can see the hotel has no actual control over it (it is not hotel property). If you're in the rooms at the back of the hotel complex, indeed you will have to cross the bridge over the canal. Face the reality and appreciate the luxury of the hotel itself.

Location is very good. Breakfast is fantastic. Room is very good size. The pool and the area around it is lively place to spend few hours and relax

The hotel is little tired. It could do with few renovations

1. Good location on walking street with various night life attractions near by at walking distance 2. Lots of restaurants near by and particularly the Indian restaurants 3. 2 pools and both are awesome 4. Parking facility for parking car or 2 wheeler is very good 5. Rooms are spacious, furniture is new, Bathrooms are also new 6. Staff is good and co-operative 7. Check in and Check out is very fast 8. One can bring Guests if required, no joiner fees 9. Good choices for Break fast - particularly for Thai and Continental food 10. Can bring and order food from outside in the Hotel, if required 11. Great view of Ocean from the Ocean facing rooms

There was no signs of showing reception pool restaurant extra extra I got lost ? it’s like a maze and in the room everything was so old I think pillows hasn’t been changed it had smell but they changed it

Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staffs. Perfect location to go to Ko Lan: only 3 minute walk to the ferry station and 1 minute to Walking Street🚉

Bathroom was super old — Mold was growing on the shower curtain and the water leaks out on the bathroom floor. The sewer canal connecting the pool area and the main building was particularly very smelly when I stayed. It was even noticed at the pool area. Every night there was a party with loud music in the property right next to our building until 2am. I had to put my earphones to try to get some sleep… If you would like the Ko Lan day trip this hotel would be a good choice. But I would definitely not take a room in the main building facing the patio area.
