Usually, I don't sleep well in a bed that isn't my own, but I slept so well here. The shower had great pressure and was hot. The breakfast was delish, with lots of options. The staff, Debbie in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay. 100% would stay again when I am in Bath.

Everything! The room was gorgeous, it was a home away from home. Breakfast was incredible and the view from our room was breathtaking. 5 min walk to town and parking not far away. The host made it all, super friendly, helpful and made you feel like she was family. The Christmas tree in the sitting room felt very “English Christmas”

Nothing it was perfect!

I liked the location - a very nice area and quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Debbee on reception. The room was clean and tidy and I really enjoyed my breakfast. I also liked the tall (artificial) Christmas tree in the lounge - a nice touch.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It did not feel like I was walking into a hotel, it was so homely and welcoming. Brilliant location, so close to the centre and restaurants.

The only thing that was a little problem was the temperature of the shower which kept going from super hot to super cold. We were at the top of the house so understood the difficulty. Everything else perfect. thank you

The location, the room, the amenities, the lovely staff, and the amazing breakfast. What is there not to love? The townhouse is in walking distance of the main sights and lovely gardens. Don't think twice and book it. :)

Absolutely nothing.

Theo was very welcoming and knowledgable. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Room was small but beautifully decorated and very clean with a great veiw.

Lovely hotel, I have nothing negative to say. Lovely room, was nice and clean. Great warm shower. The staff were great and very helpful. Decent breakfast included. Great location easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to get to. Would recommend to others and would stay again. Probably only thing I’d advise others to think about is lack of parking near the hotel so we did have a 10 min walk with our suitcases - we didn’t mind this but may be something for others to think about but you could always drop your bags and then park the car and walk back.

Everything was amazing, so clean, amazing food and absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The place to stay when visiting Bath - you WILL NOT get any better. It was my wife's birthday and the staff bought her some beautiful chocolates.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Edgar house. The room was lovely and clean and the view was amazing. Location was perfect and all the staff were superb especially Debbie! Breakfast was delicious and had many great options. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again.

Location is central, walking distance to the main attractions.

The Wi-Fi did not work in my room and breakfast menu, although very rich, had just savoury options.
