convenient location and had everything I needed

The place is very comfortable. Space is far enough for 2 people. The host is very nice and attentive. Have everything you need. The underground station is convience( You can take bakerloo and northern line to almost every attraction in london)

Not recommended for woman travel alone. The underground station near the apartment is quite dangerous in my opinion. We saw some gangs gathering near the station at night. Plus, there is around 10 mins walking distance between the station and apartment, and the walking path is quite dark and quiet at night, solo traveler need to be careful. The other problem is soundproof problem, we often heard some sound from outside ( walking sound, talking sound…), which is quite disturbing.

We liked everything about the apartment! It is so cosy and stylish, quiet neighborhood, Westminster Bridge, Big Ben, London Eye etc. in walking distance. But best of all: the most reliable, helpful and friendly host ever. Thanks again, dear Tuan!

No window for fresh air in the bedroom. But my 16 year old loved it 😉

the house got all the facilities that I needed and the location was superb.

Kitchen was amazing at the property with absolutely everything you need to not only have an excellent breakfast but a full meal as well. Very well equipped, very clean too. Sitting area was comfortable, wifi excellent.

Perhaps a bit more storage in the bathroom for toiletries & a non-tilting mirror since it tilted downwards which was fine for me as I'm short but my husband was too tall lol. Light over the mirror too for make-up would be handy for us ladies. The bedroom was quite small so no room for a wardrobe nor chest of drawers. There is a small cupboard outside the bedroom which is perfect if you're staying just for 2-3 days but we were there for 8 nights so space was very limited.

We loved the location. Its a lovely apartment that feels just like your own home. The apartment is spacious, and during your stay, you will notice everything is very well organized. If you are a tourist, you will find most of the important sight seeing tourist attractions nearby. Also, host of this property (Tuan) is a wonderful person. He took great care of us during our stay! He was always very professional, polite and answered any of our queries almost immediately. :)

Perfect host and lovely apartment in the middle of the city center. Only 10 Minutes work from the London Eye! We will definitely come again!

Wonderfully and centrally located in London - 15 minute walk to Westminster ! Quiet neighborhood and an awesome coffee shop around the block !

-SUPER HOST, very reliable and supportive. He sent us step by step information about self check-in/out, facilities and amenities; he managed to ease up the entire process and we gained precious time. In addition, he was always super responsive. -the apartment was SUPER CLEAN, located in a very quiet & safe neighborhood, close to Elephant & Castle metro station (7’ walk). You may travel by bus to reach out Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye area (~22’.) Trip by bus to Liverpool street it will also take you ~30’. -it has its own power plant so you don’t have to worry about running out of hot water/heating during colder months.

Large kitchen and comfy living room

Everything was very good, first of all the owner's response was wonderful. The owner responded immediately when I had a problem with the room. This is very important for your stay. There were no particular problems with furniture and home appliances, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I definitely want to repeat it

If you don't have a car, the location is a bit bad. There is a bus to the city 8 minutes on foot, but it's a bit far to catch the train

We used the appartement while we cared for my terminally ill mother, who passed away during our visit. It was a comfort to be able to take refuge in warm,well appointed accommodation while we dealt with the trials of the day. The proprietor made himself available to us at anytime we needed advice and was at all times courteous and sympathetic.

The floor was a bit noisy. Too few cutlery was available and the non stick pan was a bid damaged due to previous possible improper use. Bedroom size was a bid just.

Overall, a very pleasant stay, host was thorough with instructions on how to get to the property, how things worked and how to check out at the end of the stay. Also, the host was responsive to any questions I raised throughout my stay. Nice guy all in all. The apartment is conveniently located not too far from tourist areas and the City and also in a quiet location. It is quite spacious for a one bedroom apartment in London. It is clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and in a great working condition throughout. No issues encountered while staying there for a month. There are two fans provided which came in handy during the weeks of heat wave, the bedroom however is conveniently located in such a way that it is usually cooler than the rest of the apartment which is helpful during the evenings. The car park was a very useful bonus! Definitely will recommend without any hesitation.

Not particularly something I didn't like but a suggestion - a desk and chair for when one is "working from home" (considering the current climate we find ourselves in) will be very useful!

The property is a great location. would recommend using the Kennington underground over the Elephant and Castle as we found the walk back felt safer and faster

Wifi a bit slow but not a huge issue

Bright, clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideally located for transport links and good local shops. The owner was very attentive and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Also had parking, which was a big bonus. Would highly recommend.

Poor internet The heater in the bedroom wasn't functioning properly and was always too hot The location is in congestion area means you pay 15pounds per day if you want to bring your car around The floor creaks a lot The carpets are dirty The bath tub is very small The kitchen floor is very cold They didn't provide extra sheets The floor area seems much bigger in pictures than it is The shower is difficult to set at an optimum temperature. It's either too cold or too hot.

The apartment is in a great location, and was exceptionally clean. Check-in and out was seamless, and Tuan was a great communicator. I really enjoyed my stay here.
