Location was good, easy walk to Rundle Mall and the tram stop is right out front. The apartment had everything for basic requirements, such as appliances and utensils to cook a meal. Wifi was good and bed was comfortable.

The study/work desk had a chair that was impossible to work from, so if you need to do any work, it will be from the kitchen table, which was ok for short time. Everything felted dated. The staff didn't pass on information between each other causing some difficulties upon getting another key, making it a slow process at the end of a work day.

Great location, helpful staff. Room was a great size, included everything we needed. Communication prior to my stay was great, hotel was always very prompt with their replies and were very accomodating to our needs.

Was staying with my husband and his friend. Would have been great to know in advance that the bathroom was connected to the main bedroom by glass sliding doors that don’t close properly let alone lock. Bathroom needs some attention

Location and the room were both good.

There was no salt, pepper, washing up liquid or cloth these small things would have been welcomed.

Location was great, appartement big and nice water pressure in the shower.

Carpet was a bit nasty in some spots and brown stains on the wall above the couch and bed.

Room was large with nice view of Adelaide North Terrace. Apartment was fully equip with everything you need. Facilities were clean and functional. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Shower is like something out of a backpackers shared bathroom. Tiny no water pressure tap is like a $6 connection from reject shop. NOW WE LEFT A $320 face scrub in shower contacted them they said no we didn’t when we know we did the cleaners clearly stole it as there girls and they know how expensive they are. Have contacted them multiple times they told me they get back to me twice still nothing. Theifs. Will be lodging police report tomorrow for theft

the location was great.

the phone down to reception didn’t work at all, couldn’t get the heating to work it was cold. was under the impression it was a spa room not just a bath. there was a horrible smell when entering g the room and in the corridor outside the room.

Close to everything in the cbd

Could hear the music all weekend from venues nearby till early hours of the morning. Internet was horrible and didn't work kept cutting in and out.

Really appreciated the portacot in the room for our 10month old when I didn't even request it upon booking. Awesome spacious apartment, thanks so much!

Very clean and tidy - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There were a few of us so it was really appreciated that the apartment had plenty of room.

It’s very minor, but with so many of us we really needed a bigger dish washing cloth - a 2 bedroom apartment needs to be equipped with sufficient laundry detergent, garbage bags and dishwashing liquid. To the credit of Reception, when we requested additional supplies they were very readily made available.

The staff were fantastic and gave me a room facing the Adelaide cricket ground and river and casino on a high floor. Thankyou

If I had to mention anything, and its very petty and I'm sure it would be fixed by now, but a few of us were stuck in one of the lifts for a few minutes. We were all fine. The hotel were having electrical problems with 2 lifts.

The carpets were covered in sticky marks and big stains. The sheer curtain were so filthy I felt gross touching them. Even the walls needed a clean. These things made the whole room feel dirty, didn’t help that the room was very dark. I absolutely loved Adelaide, but won’t be staying here again.
