The staff were outstanding - friendly, extremely helpful and polite! The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Seminyak action. Pool was excellent - nice a big, good temperature and clean.
Only thing was the layout with small kids. Having them in a seperate wing but this was easily overcome by installing a pool fence.

The villa was perfect. A really well appointed kitchen, amazing garden bathrooms, comfy lounges in the living space and the garden and pool setting was divine. Plenty of sun to keep the pool at a good temperature and also enough shade. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was right in the heart of everything.

The bathrooms are exposed (there is no ceiling), insects are very many, and I was asked for 25% of the amount before arrival via WhatsApp, dinner must be ordered before 7 pm, breakfast must be ordered a day before, Insects are very annoying .

The extremely friendly and kind staff. The serene, quiet and chilled atmosphere of the villa even though it’s located close to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.
Given the pricing, some of the interior / exterior items should be renewed / renovated. The furniture inside - while still completely intact - is quite worn down and could benefit from an update. Same applies to the cupboards in the kitchen area etc. Some tiles in the pool were missing and need to be repaired.

Central location, super friendly and attentive staff, beautiful surroundings!
There were some initial smells in one bathroom but the staff atten died to it quickly and wasn’t a problem after that.

Nyaman Villas is grandiose in size with multiple living areas and huge rooms perfect for those large families wanting their own space. The pools and garden were simply amazing. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything you need in Seminyak. Staff were attentive and offered assistance with booking drivers with excellent knowledge of Bali including the day trips we did to Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Ubud. Our butler Ketut and security guards at the front were awesome. Thanks for putting up with our broken Indonesian!

Breakfast cooked in our villa every morning was amazing. Loved the food and the service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of the villa was great, close to and easy to get to everything.

Looks even better than the photos. Amazing large pool, wonderful open air living, access to all the amenities you could need. Friendly and accomodating staff, always happy and willing to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Beautiful gardens and pool. Comfy beds with crisp white sheets. Twice daily cleaning. Daily garden tidy. Fantastic staff. Great art. Very accomodating on late check out.
Good air con in bedrooms. Netflix pre-loaded.
Inside could use a refurbishment, cabinetry is a bit tired throughout and could use a fresh coat of paint.
Bath plug rusted over so didn’t work. Pipes smelt. Pool towels need replacing.

it was a fantastic stay, we stayed for over 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were overly accommodating and catered to our every need and request. The overall villa was beautiful, it looked even better in person than the photos did online. We hopefully will go back and with an even bigger group. Thank you for our stay.
Just to be warned, the shower is outside, however we adjusted to this quite quickly and it didn’t end up being a problem at all.
