The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and all you need for a quick getaway. The hotel is placed in a good location. Decent and tasteful breakfast.

Although not the hotel’s fault, the bar nearby played loud music until midnight, which was annoying and was hard to fall asleep.

Location was perfect. Close to the port and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a good mixture. The staff was happy help. Switched us to a diferent room so we could check in early.

Great location, clean room, lovely staff, great price. €156 for 2 nights bed and breakfast. Right on the lake front close to town centre, beach and ferry. The lady at reception Lina is really lovely to deal with so helpful. The room was very clean it was a single room so i expected it to be small. It had a fridge which i wasn't expecting which was great to have. They cleaned the room when i was out which i wasnt expecting as was only a 2 night stay. The buffet breakfast was good plenty of it. A choice of cereal, choice of juices, fruit,yogurts. Selection of teas and coffees. Toast, boiled eggs, bread rolls, ham, cheese and pastries. Great value for money id stay again. Its a great place to base yourself as the town has the train station and the ferry to go explore other towns on the lake.

I wasnt fond of the shutters on the bedroom window but you could pull them up and down. They did block the view of the apartments opposite the back of the hotel. I didn't stay there for the view so it didn't really matter. There are rooms at the front of the hotel with lake views. It would of been good to have a safe in the room to store passport etc. The bed might be a bit low down for some people but it was fine for me.

Perfect location for beach and historical town centre, great value for money, great service, free secure parking, decent breakfast included.

Noise from the beach club in the evening, only a problem when we kept the windows open.

The location is top-opposit of the beach at the middle of town.the host is very pretty women with her assistants-her son and his friends. U have parking.u have everything in the room.in bath room u ll find bide and even shaving kit)we like place very much.hopfully will come again next year

Wouldn’t choose it for stay put holiday (Desenzano itself). - shabby air conditioning
