Hotel staff were brilliant. Helpful reception staff and very helpful manager (and son who worked at the pool restaurant). Cleaners left rooms immaculate.

I liked everything. Can't fault it st all. 2 week stay and no issues at all.

Very good Breakfast, very nice pool which is very ideal for kids and a simple but nice play area for kids. Location is excellent, A/C cools the room very well and there is also convenient parking just infront or opposite. There is also a pool bar serving icecreams, drinks and snacks which is very well priced for a hotel.

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable but they aren't something one cannot do with. The road that leads to the lidos/beaches is a bit dangerous to walk, but it is not the hotel's fault.

A kids-friendly place on a convenient location to discover western Sicily. The breakfast is complete and full of sicilian products. The huge swimming pool and the pool café with affordable pricing are temptations to stay at the hotel all day.

The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate taxi strikes. The pool is beautiful, and the rooms had everything you need. The breakfast was nice, and location perfect for an evening stroll into town for pizza/pasta I would revisit in a heartbeat

The room was modern and comfortable. Good Covid protection and cross infection measures. Staff were very helpful especially with finding us a car parking space.

Great place for families - hotel is nice and tidy, amazing breakfast, clean and big pool and pool area, pool equipment for kids available (you can even lent a stroller, which is great as the downtown is approx. 1 km far from the hotel). Shuttle to the beach and back is also huge advantage - same as pool bistro operating all day - when travelling with kids and do not want to go for lunch/dinner to restaurants in centre, it is good choice. Taxi service to airport / back. The staff is very helpful and kind to all their guests, esp. kids :-) Pool towel service - also great. I almost forget? playroom by the pool with table tennis and table football.

Noisy street just in front of the hotel, but when the windows are closed it is OK. Mosquitos.

Staff very gentle. Nice and clean, to say something bad I will said the shower is a bit old style but clean. No parking but easy to park close to the hotel.very happy with my stay here. I will come again.

Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast lounge were friendly and efficient. Daniella at the front desk was very helpful at check-in and helping us make arrangements for transport when we checked out. The pool bar was very convenient with delicious food and drink.

Honestly, we would highly recommend staying here. Close to the beach and just a short walk into town. We loved it!

All staff were nice & helpful. 5-10 minutes walk to town. Very good selection Buffet Breakfast with everything visible through glass & served at request.  Well though out considering the Pandemic! Pool very good & complimentary cocktail a nice touch! Good size Room-Nice with decent TV which has BBC World. Bathroom sink Tap promptly repaired when I reported faulty & good size shower with good pressure.
