- Quite rundown. - 1st room did not look anything like the room I booked. They moved me to a better room. Still not as good as in the pictures. - Breakfast was OK but a self service coffee machine... in Italy. Not good.

Location Superb breakfast

AC - Outside temperature was around 16 celsius and we were arriving from -4 celsius. Ideally we wanted to maintain the room at 18-19 celsius. But the air conditioner was only heating the room and maintained a temperature of around 26 celcius. We felt very hot and sleep was disrupted. On informing the staff, we were told that they have centralised heating system and nothing can be done for single guest. We felt that the male staffs understood our problem and felt helpless but the female staff was very rude, which made me wonder how such staffs could be employed in the hospitality industry in such a standard hotel! She seems unfit for the job. Her tone was rude and provoking. An absolute red flag in this industry. The balcony from which you can view the sea is very small and away from the bed, which means from the bed there is no view of outside. Though they have higher pricing for the view but it doesnt do justice because view is only from the balcony, which is just about enough for 2 people to stand or sit sticking to each other.

Service was excellent. The staff, especially Mariella, Francesco and Grazio, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

It was close drive to Zingaro Park. The town was lovely & lively. Music, foods, outdoor market.

The hotel is very tired. The rooms were old and worn. The directions to the parking were cryptic. Once we figured it out, the sign they were referring to was so small and faded, very difficult to see. We would have called an audible if we were there for more than one night.

Being a gluten free and lactose free person, the breakfast wasn’t amazing for me and although there was lovely fruit, it was not ripe! Otherwise everything was great

Location is fine, though might be noisy in summer. Can't understand why anyone would want to book a room at the back, though. Breakfast was okay, though coffee was from a machine and very disappointing.

Perfect location near the water. Excellent breakfast each day. Staff is fantastic-very friendly and helpful! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to port and walking district. Will definitely stay there again!
