Clean and large room. The staff were very helpful with giving us a radiator in the room as it was cold and which fixed the issue.

very welcoming staff, clean rooms, just what we needed . close to stores n dining places / pubs not that near to the city centre but maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing, city centre is busyyy! haha free parking!!! what more could i ask for? our room was ready more than an hour before check-in! many thanks!

stayed in this hotel few times and all I can say is this place is the really faulty towers, with out basil and Manuel 🤣🤣 just stay in this hotel it’s a good laugh 🤣🤣

Location was good. Free parking, friendly staff. 24/7 reception staffing. Reasonable cost. Heating in bedroom worked well.

No lift - not accessible for disabled people. Window wouldn't open. Insufficient toilet rolls. Bath water not quite hot enough. No heating in bathroom. Duvet rather thin.

Shower pressure was low

Location, right next to Bus stop, free car parking. Staff were friendly. was informed how to find room, was partially signposted but a couple of fire doors can confuse. Bed was ok. Nice public parks down the road.

No air conditioning, noisy outside. Dodgy Wardrobe and sockets. Shower was tricky to use and attached to taps. Shower curtain needs replacing. Not much shampoo or body wash provided, enough for one. Musty smell in room. Door was locked at night, wanted to go out front door and nobody on reception to tell me when I could get out. Overpriced I'm afraid. Had no idea they did breakfast and was not asked if we wanted it. Sorry but we won't be returning.

The room was satisfactory and clean. There was bus stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient.

Poor water pressure of the shower (dribble) The room was exceptionally hot and no fan was provided. Breakfast was continental only.

noisy, heating full speed in August with 27 celsius outside, horrible breakfast, very complex circulation inside the hotel. Worst price/quality rate ever.
