It is clean with a lot of peace and a great English breakfast.
The breakfast is from 7-9 which is very early for me but I made an exception.

Breakfast was good and well presented. The green gardens, the fishpond with colorful fish. Very clean room and clean linen. Very quiet and secure area. Stable Wi-Fi.
A small backup is needed for charging laptops/phones in times of power failure.

Our room had a glass sliding door which overlooked a tiny quad and the main dining room. When our curtains were open everyone could see into our room. Furniture and bedding very dated.

Friendliness of staff particularly Nick. We've been updated on loadshedding schedules,which was fantastic to plan day ahead. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. Last,Nick checked on us if we traveled safely going back to Pta. That was a Wow. I will definitely come again. It's definitely a home away from home there.

Only thing tht they could improve on is to minimize the flowers in the yard especially in front of the rooms, some People may be allergic otherwise there's nothing I didn't like, I loved it

Loved the fact that Nick the owner is hands on...he was able to allow an early check in,that helped immensely due to the fact when one is one a work stay you need to leave your luggage at the accommodation makes life easier,
The breakfast was made by Nick ,nothing beats homemade.....
Lovely seating area outside the rooms , even a microwave to heat food after hours that was special .....
