Abbiamo apprezzato il panorama e la disponibilità del personale…molto gentile e cordiale.

Non ci é piaciuto il fatto che l’accappatoio per la spa dovesse essere noleggiato ma sul sito non era presente tale informazione. Inoltre non abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che le colazioni non fossero incluse per le prenotazioni fatte da Booking e inoltre, se vuoi usufruire delle colazioni, sei costretto a comunicarlo al check in e a farle tutte al costo di 10€ a persona altrimenti, in un secondo momento, costerebbero 15€ a persona. Altro punto a sfavore dell’albergo é che sei vincolato ad una fascia oraria (2h) per accedere alla spa, ma questo a dire il vero era gia scritto sul sito al momento della prenotazione.

Ottimo hotel, bellissima la Spa e molto bello il panorama. Buona la colazione.

the property was beautful and the spa was extremely enjoyable for my family

the pool is closed between 1 and 3pm. Also, I did a manicure and pedicure, and the nail polish is not very good. The staff is excellent, though.

Very nice spa

Our jacuzzi in room didnt work very well, We love spa here, massages wasnt best, just normal. Staff sometimes isnt trained. In spa you can be only two hours which is not good for hotel guests,

Lovely outdoor area and view to the sea at breakfast.

Staff at lunch were dishonest about a bill causing much confusion then refused to take multiple card payments to make matters worse.

The head waiter was super. The spa was nice and the breakfast was plentiful.

You only get a 2 hour per person slot at the spa which you have to book in advance. We didn’t know this until the day before we arrived so the only availability was at dinner time which wasn’t great as we have young so we had to take turns and only got 1 hour each and a difficult dinner.

we loved the spa and restaurant! also the beach was a short 15-20 minute walk (and was gorgeous)

they informed us to book the spa for “absolute privacy” only allowed 2 hours prebooked per day. upon arrival we realized this was not the case and you were with another 10-12 people at the same time, which really took away from use of the spa facilities as everyone was trying to access them at the same time while giving space. seemed a little unnecessary to book in advance if we could not use the facilities for our allotted time and really reduced our use of the spa (which was a main reason we booked in the first place)

We are coming often here, so Its still same. Nice hotel in nature,nice spa, pool very nice And hot temperature. I think breakfast is now a bit better than before. Was good.

We didnt like that you have only 2 hours per day in spa, Because if someone is inn house guest it should be posible to come anytime and for how long they want. I understand guests who not stay in hotel that they should pay and come only for two hours . But for exclusive inn house guests who has always only vip master suite etc should be entramce of spa anytime automatically thing. Also was pitty that we wanted stay for little time in spa after our check out But it wasnt posible here and in other hotels is normall thing. That you make check out , you wait your flight for example so you can wait and spent your time in spa. So they should simple much more better treat customers.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. Our room had spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea. Would highly recommend!

The spa was very nice. The room size was comfortable.

The facilities need maintenance. The room linen was worn out with really old torm towels and pillow covers. The garden and reception areas are run down and need upgrading. The double bed was a combination of twin beds combined together which was not comfortable.
