breakfast can improve

Good points - close to the main subway and train stations 5 minutes by walk - boths ladies from the reception very kindly and speaking very good english

Bad points - first hotel that i ever stayed without opening windows, from that reason the smell in the room it was almost unbearable; - old heating system who did a permanent noise during the night; was imposible to close it because of the weather cold in the night; - old furniture, outdated bathroom; - tiled floor in the rooms, in some places dirty without slippers in the room We had luck that we have stayed only one night.

Everything was perfect. Great location, comfortable room, nice receptionist. Will come back next time too.

The room was a bit small for 3 persons.

The beds were big and so comfortable! The room had a view on the busy centre, but it was not loud, and it felt very cosy. The bathroom had a bubble bath and a shower, and the whole room was warm, clean, and so comfortable. We would like to visit again. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel was so cosy. Very, very clean. I can't emphasise enough. The private garage is worth the money since its underground, and I recommend it for anyone staying!

Can't think of anything. This was the best stay we've ever had in any accommodation ever.

Position was excellent. The hotel is located a 1-2 minute walk from the metro amd tram and very close to National Museum so you could walk there, too. Many cafes and markets near. Also very clean, all the facilities work and the staff was kind-English and German speaking. You can get Thai massage in the hotel 😁 There is breakfast available, somewhat restricted choice but still good.

There weren't many vegan/vegetarian breakfast options.

i did like the location/cleanliness / guys at reception and hotel overall was calm and cozy and nice to stay in and goos value for money

i went 7 mins late to breakfast ending time (10:07) and i was starving and.politely asked for whatever available but it seemed that everything was already raised before 10 amd lady was firm and tough and offered no help.not even fruits. i am a guest at ur place to have fun and enjoy and not in a boarding school to get punished

the location was excellent, 15 minutes by walk the center. the room was clean and tie with good quality tools.

Hotel located in a central area which allows to reach all the main attractions by walking, super friendly and nice staff both at reception and at the breakfast hall. My room was quite spacious to be a single and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom with big shower and AC with adjustable settings working perfectly in my room.

Very thin walls, I could hear people going up and down the corridors, and the people walking above me on the upper floor. The other reviews are right about the breakfast, don’t expect too much: not many sweet options as there are only pre-packed jams, nutella and some squares of cake (pieces randomly put on a tray with no infos, description, name, ecc also some were very stale as they probably mix whatever piece is left from the days before in a new tray each day). Low quality looking and tasting cheese and ham, ants running around the cup with pre-packed honey. If not having breakfast included can get you a cheaper price on the room fare, I’d advise you take that and go have breakfast in one of the many beautiful bars around Prague.

We were upgraded to a bigger family room which was really spacious and had a bath - kids enjoyed it very much after long days of walking in city. The location was great, staff friendly, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Great underground parking, very safe for motorcycle. And they gave it for free. Breakfast was good.

Glass on table didn't look thoroughly washed.

We like the whole stay , location, staff, the room, how clean is everything - we feel like at home , every time we have Stay in the hotel.

Before Covid there was a toster for a toasted bread, option for a fresh orange juice and freshly grilled Czech salami in front of us. This time we was missing them. But there was a lot of fresh vegetables and sweet fruits, beautiful bread and eggs and sausages and yogurt ans chees and jams and even Nutella and fresh cofee - so we was pleased 😊
