Great location, decor lovely, very clean, lovely staff

Unfortunately when we stayed there was still scaffolding up around the property. Beds were not very comfortable

Our room, was very small, there was a picture on the wall saying our room would eventually have a makeover, the wall between us and the room next to us was very thin, could hear their tv and also someone who was snoring,

The bathroom could have been better, one holder for towels, and a small shelf above the toilet, I’d prefer a shelf over the sink, I don’t want to put toiletries above a toilet!

central location, nice and clean. Food was excellent, Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was exceptional so Tasty and everything was so clean also well presented

We were put in the wrong room and when I questioned it got told we are full do you want to check out.

Wrong room paid for a seaview and got given a rear facing car park single occupancy room for two people which my mother in law stayed in last year so I know it was single occupancy. Door would not shut properly so we had to wedge a chair under the handle to feel safe. Awful.

Hate being bu,led / scheduled due to coach bookings and thier timings. I am not a second rate customer. Roo s starting to look tored
