right next to the beach overlooking it, absolutely gorgeous views of the sea from our room, I was so shocked when we got to the room and I saw the view, made some proper memories this weekend

not what we intended initially, wanted a partial hotel experience but was asked to change last minute, inaccessible to the frail, no lift to the first floor, front door was very hard to open, no soap and tea and coffee facilities in the accomodation

I booked an apartment for 3 of us for my daughter’s graduation. The first room offered, although modern, was literally a room with double & a single bed, sofa, small kitchenette & wet room. We were a bit disappointed that it was small & didn’t have a sea view. Then the TV didn’t have any signal, which we reported to reception. They rang us back quite quickly after speaking to the manager & moved us to another family room. This was bigger, but the living space was taken up by the sofa bed for my daughter and it was rather run down & smelled musty. There was only 2 cups provided & no biscuits. Graduation morning our daughter had to collect her gown at 8am like several others & breakfast didn’t start until 7.30, which made it a rush. They seemed very short staffed, but having paid £450 for 2 nights (not including breakfast) we felt we didn’t get what we paid for which was a shame after previous stays being better.

Water leak in studio apartments soak all our clothes gave another room but not good enough.. no one came to us to ask how we was doing totally not good

We found the staff to be rude and not helpful at all.

There was stains on the carpet and the bin didn't work we had to ask for toilet roll and tea bags because no one cleaned the room we couldn't use the bathroom sink because the integrated plug was stuck it was very overpriced nearly £600 for 3 nights with no service or break included

The apartment was ideal for us as a family, spacious, clean, comfortable, ideal for what we required.

Close to sea

No wifi in our room. Hot water run for 2 people only and the 3rd was supposed to wait for water to heat up. No tea spoons. We were expecting to have a seafront room(shown on pics), but had a room next to back exit. Door was slapping whole day and was loud Not worth the money

Water very slow when running bath. Tin opener broken and some dirty plates.
