warning! STAIRS! no mention was made of the stairs and this is really worrying, especially if you have any kind of mobility issues. 2nd floor is actually roof top, very narrow at least 6 flights with irregular depth. location is very central for a nice selection of shops and restaurants/bars, the port etc

the stairs! the apartment is very small - the sofa bed did not have sheets provided, no 3rd set of towels, no pillow for sofa bed. 2 coffee pods for 3 people…. not impressed with it for the money paid.

The apartment was less then 10 min (walking) from the city center and very close to shops and restaurants.

The comments from previous guests were true…..the pictures did look as what it was…..We were on the last floor w/o elevator. Good workout though :) but the suit we stayed was really small. Literally sleeping in the kitchen and bathroom at the same time. The terrace was shared with others that stayed in the much bigger apartments next door.

Lovely apartment which was comfortable, clean and it was in the best location next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants in the old part of the city. The host Allesandra was very helpful and accomodating and had some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit.

The terrace in the duplex apartment was not private, the doors opened out onto the public walkway above the beach. This was busy at times so wasn't as inviting as the pictures suggested. This was only a minor dislike though.

Perfectly located close to restaurants and the ocean. Beautiful terrace with an astonishing view. And the host. Alessandra was amazing. Great tips on what to do, where to park and the best bakery. super service minded and helped us everything. Even helped us book a restaurant and gave us some Mint to or coffee, to give us that sicilian twist. we made a sicilian friend and we really hope that we are able to come back.

It was located very nice considering the beautiful and clean old town, since most places just outside the town was dirty and not enjoyable. The best thing about this apartment was definitely the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful and made up for a lot of the not so good aspects of our stay.

We didnt get the right key when we arrived late in the evening and it caused a little bit of stress. Alessandra came with the right key quite fast, the problem was that the door handle and key didn't work when we tried to lock it it the morning. This was the beginning of a lot of stress throughout our vacation since we were accused to destroy the key/ door handle. Which we absolutely didn't do. When we checked out they tried to make us pay a big amount for this and for the work needed to fix this. The entire trip we didn't lock the door to our apartment due to this destroyed key/ lock/ door handle. So, we did take a risk. We were 4 adults on this trip and at the time we ordered everything seemed to be nice for 4 adults. After ordering it said it was for 2+1. We made it clear that this needs to be fixed with an extra bed. Which they said they were going to fix. When we arrived it was only the double bed which was ready. At that point Alessandra it got fixed by getting the access to an another apartment in addition, so we had one double bed for the night. The next day they fixed the sofa bed in our apartment, this was very small and it was terrible. So we didnt get an extra bed besides the double bed and sofa bed which I thought was a part of the deal. We ended up being 2 adults sleeping together on a small and thin mattress on the floor since the sofa bed was so bad. We only got one roll of toiletpaper for the entire week. The drain of the shower was clogged as well, so to prevent the entire bedroom to be filled with water we had to shower for a few seconds at the time. We also had to wait for a bit after each person showered to prevent this. One time it happened, the entire bedroom floor was covered in water. It turned out to be a lot of time used to dry the floor. The washing lady was never in, so we didn't get new towels or anything washed in the apartment. The location was not really good considering beaches.

The host was super friendly & always avalaible trough whatsapp if we had any questions. The accomodation itself was very cosy.

The kitchen is really small, for a lunch / breakfast it's okay but for dinner just go outside.

View from a terrace - amazing, attitude of an owner also great. Huge beds for up to 5 ppl, a lot of space for everyone. Location to main street - approx. one minute by walk. We would book this accommodation again.

The view and location are simply amazing. Very close to amazing restaurants and just a small walk to a great sunset view. Alessandra and Julia were super friendly and helpful.

The location is great and the views of the apartment are stunning! It is very traditional and it makes you feel like being on an authentic holiday in Sicily.

The bathroom smells of drains and needs to be redone.
