The private Villa wasn’t private. We had men walking around the villa everyday. The tidying of the garden and tree trimming could of waited till we left. It took 2hrs for room service for dinner to arrive one night. Ensure you checkout earlier than 12pm Or be prepared for long queues.

I would recommend to spend at least two nights here at the resort. It's worth the money. Breakfast is exceptional, so much food on offer, endless variety... Pool is huge and there is an access to the beach with a beautiful white sand. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We are not a big eaters so we dined in Jasmine and Chinese restaurants where you can order what you're craving for. There is a buffet also on the main floor and for 750k pp you can eat as much as possible. Grounds are well looked after, clean and maintained.

Just like what you would expect from a resort, nothing wow about it.

The check out experience was not very pleasant.. filled with people and they did not arrange your leaving experience very well. No staffs to attend to while you are trying to take taxi leaving the port and causing lots of issues as the taxi drivers are rude and most of them cant speak English and resort staffs are no where to be seen with dozens of people at the port.

Wonderful hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, the room was overlooking the sea (beautiful view), the hotel area is large, clean, many places for great photos, breakfasts are very varied, a large selection of different dishes, there is a shuttle to Winwards, at any time they can bring and pick up, there were only positive impressions, next time we will definitely stay here

The service is pretty much a plus! All staffs were super friendly, helpful and professional. The buffet is really good though there is not much choice!

The staff inside the resort are friendly. All are trying to help. Pool seems nice and beach looks nice.

The check-in process is terrible. No clear information. People are running around with your passports. Not clear what to do and where to go. The boat service was such a mess. A few days staff did not explain when the boat was going to leave. One time they ask us to wait for 50 mins, saying this one is related to police, but looks like did not have enough people and trying to save money. Two restaurants only. If you don't take buffet you have only one option.

The swimming pool and pool bars were amazing! the view from our room were spectacular and the staff were absolutely amazing!

We really enjoy the wonderful bathing facilities, fantastic and super clean beach, lovely to bath here both in the morning and in the afternoon. Pool and Spa as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious, there is a Vietnamese cuisine corner, fresh seafood and meat barbecue, along with many different tasting dishes. Deserts are well made, che and fruits are amazing. Vinwonders is close to the hotel and worth visiting, see musical water fountain show, beautiful sunset and flowers.
