The location was very good, close to wembley and a short drive to central london with Brent Cross shopping centre being very close. Room was fantastic, very clean and modern looking. Also got free parking on the location which was excellent and very convenient. Staff were very welcoming and lovely also!

Convenient to leave the car for a trip into London to the theatre. Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast.

The hotel was in an ideal location for us to drive to with ample parking. 5 mins from the M1. Then, it was a 10 min walk to Hendon Central to get an underground train on the Northern Line. Locally, there was a Nisa, an Italian restaurant that did a nice breakfast and a great Asian restaurant. The hotel itself was clean, well equipped with a hairdryer, full-size fridge, complimentary water, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. Staff were friendly, we isn't need them for anything just check in and out. We shall be back as it was so convenient and a great find!
It's a silly one really, we had a room on the top floor which was 2 flights of stairs. Now we know the layout, for future stays we will ask for a ground floor.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will definitely stay here again. The air con was brilliant and the room was beautiful. This is a perfect location for Wembley with a bus ride away. The staff were so friendly. I don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel.

Evening menu is only pizzas and no cooked breakfast but places around you could get some scran.

Location
There was a problem with the cold water and could not take a shower for 2 nights. On the first morning told the person at reception but she did not report the problem. Only on the last night it was fixed. Unacceptable. The only compencation was 50 percent diacount on next reservatiion. Would expect a refund for 2 nights. Very dissapointed

The front desk staff were very polite and answered all my questions and even offered to recommend some restaurants near the hotel.
The breakfast staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady who served me was very warm and kind.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very conveniently located near the subway station. Easy to find and within walking distance of the Station.
My taxi couldn't find the hotel as it was not clearly signposted from the outside driveway. I would suggest a signpost to be put up so cars can easily spot the hotel.

Pillows and mattresses are a subjective thing, but for me, the pillows were thin and hard, whereas I prefer soft and squishy. The mattress was uncomfortable for me when I shifted to side sleeping during the night. I would have liked it if they offered an English breakfast, or something more substantial than only continental.

all night there was an intermittent loud grrrring noise coming from ceiling area Room 19) . this went on all night, we didn’t sleep a wink.
we reported it next morning and maintenance were to take a look however we were only staying for the one night.

The property is modern, clean and the staff are all friendly. The room was equipped with everything you need and the toiletries are luxurious. It’s conveniently situated around a 2 minute walk from tube station. Although based on a busy main road, once inside the property you can’t hear it. There are free parking spaces too!

Didn't like the location it's on a very busy road, staff was rude! They said they were going to keep hold of the key and we would have to ASK to get into a room that we paid for,No privacy nor security!! They did give us a different room after 10 minutes of dis - agreeing with them!! It says breakfast included once we arrived They said we had to pay!!

The room was of very good standard for the price, which I have paid at least 50% more for, as you can see from the photos on their website.
Reception were very helpful and even though I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time. I was able to leave my bags and park my car, and come back later to check. Checked in and room was ready earlier than 3pm, by 20 minutes.
Parking on site although tight was good. Breakfast choice was good, and included in the price I paid.
