Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione; la colazione ottima con tanta scelta di dolci fatti in casa e frutta; un po’ meno scelta per chi ama la colazione salata ma comunque non mancava. La cena ottima con contorni a scelta a buffet e poi primo, secondo, e frutta o dolce serviti al tavolo. Tutto ottimo anche in versione senza glutine perché sono molto attenti alle intolleranze. La posizione comoda per poter arrivare anche a piedi al centro storico di Rivisondoli. Stanza ok, personale super gentile e disponibile. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

the quality of the meal for dinner is awful. they tried to ask you to book for next day before you even tried their first meal there. it’s a strange arrangement.

Hotel in a perfect location for a relaxing vacation with sufficient parking, private park and restaurant service. The room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and free of noise for a good sleep. Would consider returning for winter ski season.

Attitude of the gentleman at the reception. I believe that any time a client indicates they have a discomfort, professionally they should at least be invited to verify the problem instead of insinuating that the problem is not real. After a sleepless night on the 1st floor our room was changed because of a kitchen motor that was directly attached to the bottom of our room that switched on an off continously. The gentleman insisted there was nothing even if a photo would say the contrary. We were also told that we could use the gym on an "exceptional basis". We do not want to be treated any differnt than the other guests, we just want to use the facility that is advertised as a service. If a service is not available for any reason this should be informed beforehand or taken off the site as it may be an important factor for the guest.

The hotel location is idealistic and has a vice upper view of the surrounding scenery. Staff are very pleasant and professional. Good parking space. The reception is well organised and respect Cov Sars 2 rules. Nice ! They also have a tiny minibar. The bathroom is quite large. Heating system works fine.

The room has the smallest tv. The furniture, doors, curtains look old and tacky and old set. Hairdryer is useless , bring your own. In the morning I was woke by some drilling noise, make sure there is no work in progress. The bed room size is fair.

The staff at the counter: very friendly and able to speak different languages to some extent.

The food was terrible. The room was very small. Very high price for low quality of services, as compared to any other place we have stayed in the Lazio or Abruzzo region.

Everything except for checkout time.
