The hotel is located right in front of the ski resort and mountain. This is its only plus.
BF was good enough
The room was dirty, full of dust.
Very simple furniture
Beds not comfortable and bedsheets were dirty so we needed to change it by ourselves
Toilet and shower were broken and not clean.
Very low level of service
Pool is extra payment for the guests which is ridiculous

Booking with Booking.com was much more expensive than booking directly with the hotel on there website. This was disappointing, plus there was a payment mix up so I got billed twice :(

place is fantastic. great facilities, courteous staff, clean and comfortable. we also had dinner there one night and the food was really good
spa access changed based on the time of the day you use it. so you pay 20€ in the morning and 34€ in the evening for the same service. a bit unfair when you have already paid for the room, or at least it should cost the same the entire day

The room was clean and comfortable.
I chose this hotel because it had an indoor swimming pool. When I arrived it was drained empty, closed. Yet the website gave no indication of this.
To use the spa for 2 hours, for the 3 of us would have cost me an additional €100.
When checking out the guy tried to double charge me for the prepaid night that Booking.com already took. Not a word of apology for this error.
