On-site restaurant required reservations and difficult to navigate if non Japanese speaking.

The property is remotely fare from Kyoto Is is 45’ away from the city center It is not adequately equipped with 1960 bathrooms ! The hotel should be reserved for group or conference not for tourist.

The internet is slow. Barely registering 5 Mbps downlink. Very difficult to remotely work and connect or even video conference. Location is pretty secluded which is somewhat expected but wasn’t worth the price at all.

The room is excellent and very comfortable. It is big in comparison to many places in Japan. The location is very near to the public transport and the area is very quiet.

The place is far from the city center.

Nice quiet room. Option to grab my luggage at Kyoto central station when leaving, gave me the option for sight seeing at the day of departure without hassle. Close to the conference centre.

The three restaurants did not have space at the day of arriving, so i had to go to the city for dinner. Not many options around the hotel anyway. Paid breakfast was way too expensive.

The property is beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We were in a large suite for my family of 6 that was very spacious and nicely arranged. Highly recommend as there are limited options for a large family in Kyoto.

It is a little far from downtown area and the premium lounge is nice but the food choices were very limited especially for breakfast which was included but not what we expected. The restaurant was good but a bit expensive.
