It’s my second stay in the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

I understand it’s the rule. But it would be nice to rent an umbrella without left my room card at front desk… maybe I’m too sensitive, it makes it looks like I will keep the umbrella for myself. I’m sure you’re not actually meaning that.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y muy cerca del Parque Odori y otras zonas del centro. Destaco la limpieza y las comodidad de las camas. El desayuno es excelente.

nice hotel centrally located near downtown area and subway. The staff was very nice but their English was very limited. the restaurant was very nice and the food was good. Don’t lose your room key or they will charge you for it.

Overly heated- too warm inside.

Near to The subway, have shuttle bus to the sapporo station, which is a Plus as we don’t have have to drag and carry luggage so much…. The room was huge… more than enough to open 2 luggages… Perfect! 🥰

Although it's aging property but location is good. Service is awesome!

Please modernize the rooms.

その都度、部屋を掃除していただけたこと。　 景色が良かった。 部屋の掃除、ベッドメイキングも素晴らしかったです。

特にないですが、予約の仕方が悪かったと思いますが、少し部屋が狭かったです。トランクを開きずらかった。

Need to pay for onsen which is at 2nd floor. Sound proofing is no good.Location far from station.

The hotel was spotless, very clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of local specialties. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked really well so I was able to keep the room to a good sleeping temperature despite the rest of the hotel bring quite warm. Lots of nice extras, like combs, razers, mineral water every day. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The view from the 19th floor was great and you couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, just very rarely from the hallway. The free shuttle to the train station was also a big plus. All in all a great experience.

Just small things - the location was a bit far away from the things I wanted to do in Sapporo and from the train station and most restaurants. The TV only had one station in English, anything else you had to pay for.

The paint was chipped in the bathroom. The wifi was very slow, which is common in most hotels I have stayed in while in Japan.

Convenient to Jr. Train station had a train station shuttle every hour and you could also ride the Subway very conveniently

Hotel was close to Odori subway Station and they provided a free shuttle to the Sapporo station on day of departure which was handy for bags.. There are breakfast options close by if you are not including breakfast in price.. Very nice hotel at good price

central, easy to find. Right near a tram way stop. Not much to not like, beds very comfortable

we weren’t told the onsen is not included in the stay. There was a daily fee

The rooms are spacious.

They don’t have many English speaking employees.

Location was abit further away from the main shopping area, but we really loved the facilities and the bed was really comfortable.

The spa was abit dated but other then that everything else was great.

Breakfast was ok and service not bad

Room cleanliness was not as expected from Prince hotel
